You can't be! You're a good dancer~~" Key let out a soft laugh, nodding his head. "You wanna teach me the dance~?"

into the darkness

He ran out of the house as fast as his legs would take him, sprinting to his unknown destination. He needed to get away. Fast. Tears stung his eyes and he found himself in the forest, looking around wildly for something, anything that could make this pain go away. They'd found her. He screamed as loudly as he could manage, fingers clawing at his hair as he dropped onto his knees, shuddering. He felt cold, too cold. He hugged his jacket around him tightly and kept screaming, his throat hoarse as tears left his green eyes and streamed down his cheeks. He wasn't going to live forever. His eyes locked on his hands which were pale and trembling and he knew there was only one place he could go at this point. He dug his phone out of his pocket and tapped out a quick message to his husband, giving him his destination's location and how to get there before shifting the rest of the way into his cat form, running as fast as his legs would carry him to his place of rest, using the trees as his pathway. He needed to find her before it was too late.
