This is kind of adorable. You button the top of your suit jacket when standing, or when being formal (this is why you see people get up from tables to make a speech and close that button)(you never button the bottom button unless the situation is REALLY REALLY formal and you are standing). But Sebastian is standing and unbuttoning his blazer in both gifs- he’s becoming less formal. He’s making himself more approachable and casual when Blaine comes to see him.
