hello august! It’s funny how one month can come to mean so much. a year ago, on the8th, I got the keys to my new apartment. empty rooms to everyone else, but to me, it was the beginning of everything new. that space gave me independence, peace, a chance to figure out who I am in a place that was mine. since then, the number 8 feels almost like a little talisman, a reminder that new beginnings can show up quietly and change everything. now, stepping into august again, i’m grateful. grateful for the milestones behind me, open to whatever this month decides to bring. here’s to growth, new stories, and appreciating how far we’ve come. welcome back, august. thanks for feeling like home.
