Shifting is limitless..
⚠️ STAY WITH ME🙏
If you've been trying to shift for years, I'll start with this.. You've gotta release any and all expectations of yourself, what shifting is, and the "process". Easy enough to just say, right? But follow along, im gonna piece it all together!! People have shifted while anxious and with doubts of if it's real. people have shifted with their eyes open awake, sleeping, lucid dreaming, eating, mid-thinking, doing homework, walking, showering, driving, and even shitting. there is no wrong way to do it, so long as you don't make any silly assumptions and rules for yourself (like that you have to never have any doubts to shift- which is untrue, many have shifted while still doubting if shifting is actually real. or that you NEED to "ground" yourself when you get to your dr- you don't. many just assumed they had to, so they ended up just minishifting by overcomplicating it).
WHAT IS SHIFTING EXACTLY??
Shifting is just making an intention that you want something (desire) and then deciding you have it or assuming you have/ will have it (also don't complicate this, it doesn't matter. time isn't real, shifting/manifesting is instantaneous, and your desires are already yours). people end up overcomplicating it when they go to make this decision though. for example, they'll think they want to shift but then ruminate on if they're doing it right (but then you've assumed that there's a "right way" to shift, thus overcomplicating and prolonging a process that is literally instantaneous).
SHIFTING IS INEVITABLE
A decision is made when you let go. when you eat, you can have doubts if you're really all that hungry or if the food is good, etc, but you made the decision to pick it up and take a bite. there is no in between. you either open your mouth and chew or you don't. shifting is the exact same. you can doubt if it's real, you can question when it's gonna happen, you can wonder if you're able to, but so long as you either decide or assume that you have shifted/will shift or even just that you could/can shift, and let go of all expectations, finalizing that decision, it will be inevitable.
STOP OVERTHINKING & CHILL OUT!! ♡
You are the architect of your reality and the 3-d is the builder. <i think @cloverapple keyed this saying>. allow the 3-d to do it's job and stop overthinking "HOW" to shift. the how doesn't matter, what matters is that you can (you are the shift, but that's a whole 'nother topic). you are the only thing that can make you shift. So let go of expectations, trust yourself and allow yourself to receive these desires by knowing that it is inevitable.

HOW do you do shift??
Methods. That's the main reason they exist, it's to allow yourself to let go. Almost all methods are essentially forms of meditation and relaxation (calming/distracting the mind). that's why methods are NOT NECESSARY but can be helpful.
That's also why not every method works for everyone. If affirming you've already shifted stresses you out, instead affirm that you're expecting to shift (different than waiting, waiting is hoping- not deciding, but expecting is knowing- aka deciding). <i think was also a saying @cloverapple created. their blog is amazing, check it out!> the semantics don't matter, just whatever helps you to let go.
That's why everyone encourages to try various methods and see what works. what feels right, whatever helps you to relax and let go of expectations, is the method for you. that's why everyone says don't overcomplicate it, and that's why many shift after giving up- because they let go of expectations (they never stopped intending/wanting to shift to their dr).

Pick a method, any method 🪄🃏
Whether that be counting, visualizing, robotic affirming, or just plain practical (but reliable) meditation. You can use all of these or none of them, or even make your own method! Methods can be as long or as short as you'd like them to be, but maybe dont make it too long. We're trying to not overcomplicate it, remember?
Whatever you've decided, stick with it for a bit. See what makes you overthink and see what feels right, what helps you to relax and let go, then stick with it. After your method, keep moving on with your everyday life, allow yourself to let go of expectations and allow the decision to finalize. There is NOTHING ELSE you need to do. The 3-d will do the rest. Assuming you need to do anything else, will intend that you need to do more to shift. This is overcomplicating shifting, just stop yourself and reaffirm that everything is done and you have/will have (are expecting) your desire/shift.
REMEMBER that it's NOT the method that makes you shift, its YOU. There is no trying to "perfect" the method. A method is simply there to help you relax, let go of expectations, and learn to trust yourself.
Doubt starts creeping in? That's okay!! Briefly acknowledge it, dont try to bury or ignore it. Literally EVERYONE who has EVER shifted has doubted or wavered at LEAST once. I promise you, it wont keep you from shifting, unless you let yourself believe/assume that it will. If you assume doubt will keep you from shifting, then you've decided it will. Remember, that nothing keeps you from shifting, not even yourself really, because you are shifting all of the time. What matters is the assumptions you make that decide and dictate the reality you perceive.
So....
Think about your desires, intend that you have them or are expecting to have them, then let go of expectations of yourself and how to shift (insert method here, if you'd like, to help let go/relax). Then move along, there is nothing more you need to do.
Trust yourself, you dont need to micromanage your thoughts or think about your intentions 24/7 to shift. Even if you forget for a few hours/days, your intention/desire is still there. If you wanted to eat but then got busy and forgot for a few hours, does that erase your desire/intention to eventually eat something? NO! Moving on..
If you doubt/waver, acknowledge it, reaffirm and persist. Doubting/wavering does NOT set you back or erase your intentions. Do you erase your intention to shit if you have doubts because youre constipated?? NO of course not!! Same thing for shifting, you've got to LET GO (I think im funny 🥴)
ANYWAYS...
Reaffirm to consol your doubts, move on, and persist in letting go of expectations. Persisting does not mean agonizing over your intentions/how to intend. The second you had the thought that you want to have your desire/be in your dr, you created intention. Intention is literally effortless, so pay no mind to that. This also does not mean to agonize over how to let go, youre just overcomplicating it. The whole point is to relax. If you feel like youre struggling to let go either do your method and/or take a small break.
OKAY THATS EVERYTHING!!
You have all that you need to shift. Yourself ♡
So stop doomscrolling on shiftblr and shifttok. Have fun with the journey and

Btw these are just my personal thoughts/opinions. i feel like it breaks shifting down to it's simplest form, while incorporating a little bit of both LOA and nondualism.

to this reality which is a parallel reality of my CR but just one thing has changed, i got unnband of my new TikTok account.
Okay so yesterday at like 3am I received this message from tiktok
I then I was like OMG WAIT WHAT DID I DO. And bro I literally did nothing offensive..
it was my chic, aesthetic account (this one btw @ladynightdia)
After getting this message I was so stressed and so sad that I lost this account, and I was seeing what ppl were doing to take their acc back after getting banned. And everyone was saying how long it took to get it back after getting permanently banned.
I wanted to manifest to get my account back. But because I was overthinking it, I just decided that when I’ll sleep I’ll shift and wake up in a reality where i get my account back.
AND this morning, when I woke up, the 1st thing I did was taking my phone and going straight to tiktok. And then there it was my new account that has been banned and isn’t no more.
So yeah idc if you guys think it wasn’t a shift I’ll consider it like it to trick my brain !! (Even tho I know we do shift all the time)

shifting while exams are ruining my life lol
i’m in the middle of exams rn and it’s draining fr. i barely have energy most days; but i still think abt my DR every single day.
just bc life’s hectic doesn’t mean ur DR is gone. ur intention’s still there !! even if u’re tired. even if u feel disconnected. it still matters.
sometimes i just close my eyes for 10 sec and imagine my DR self walking through the halls of hogwarts, hearing someone call my name, or hermione waiting for me after class. it helps. it makes me feel like i’m not stuck here forever.
if u can’t shift rn, that’s ok. exams suck ugh!! life’s a lot. but u’re still powerful. ur DR is not going anywhere <33
