Obsession 2026 Cury Barker 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Obsession was a compelling movie. This movie is dark and twisted in the best ways. Starting with the story, it's simple: a boy loves a girl, but the girl doesn't love the boy. But once you get into the movie you find all the details and the complexity of life. This is great storytelling don't reveal it all but layer it. The characters are basic typical but are all important no moments are wasted. Is this movie scary? Yes. What makes it scary? The things that make this movie scary are that it's unsettling. Nikki starts as a charming girl then it's the switch and what a switch she's doing anything and everything. What is a romance to the extreme? Some moments come out of nowhere it's shocking but not just for the jump scare, or to be shocking it's to disrupt the perfect blend of you think you know what it is then nope. The visuals are on point and the camera work is perfect and everything down to the music is meant to give you comfort and then shake that comfort an shout out to Atmos theater it's a great experiencence I give this movie a 5/5 stars go into completely blind and just get lost in this movie Curry Barker delivers and both the main actors Michael Johnston and Inde Navarrette are great talents along with the two supporting actors Cooper Tomlinson and Megan Lawless special shout out to Sara and her great art career she has a bright future

This movie was perfectly funny, light-hearted, and a movie with substance I enjoyed it from start to finish great visuals this movie must be seen on the largest screen this has been the best movie released this year the story will have you drawn in sci-fi space survival movies have no big action scenes but great spectacle large scale, and a great twist at the end. Ryan Gosling delivers a more than solid performance you believe everything displayed on the screen
