PLUS SIZE PILATES CLASSES When you are a little heavier than the average gym goer, it can be daunting to enter a class and feel comfortable. I know, I have been there and still feel that depending on the class. Pilates is not a 'skinny persons' exercise. It is actually the perfect exercise to get involved with you you are plus size. Pilates is mostly carried out on a mat lying down which is ideal when you are not able to stand for too long. It improves strength, coordination and develops core strength, alignment, which in turn relieves stress from the joints and muscles. My classes are starting at The Glades, Bromley where we have a great space after the shopping centre has closed. NO ONE AROUND US NO GYM OR STUDIO ENVIRONMENT Just space to work on ourselves with chilled music and like minded people. I tailor every single class to the ability of the clients I have and at the end of each session, we do a few minutes of mindfulness to find peace in our mind. Classes are £39 for 6 or £7 drop in.
