My theory of who created the Multiverse
The corporate version of āhey OP what the FUCK does this meanā
every male celebrity stands like this on the red carpetĀ
This post has crossed my dash multiple times and every time I see it theres a different picture of a generic white male celebrity
Bear in mind, though, that the Hannibal Lecter pose wasnāt made by filming a serial killer, it was made by telling experienced actor Sir Anthony Hopkins to stand as though someone were looking at him like an animal in a zoo exhibit, and he went, āoh, I know this one.ā Itās Red Carpet Pose all the way down.
Carlisle and Aro from Twilight were married and their lives were like a sitcom. Aro was always going, "Oh Carlisle," in an exasperated voice and shooting a smile at the camera. No one seemed bothered by this.
Still a better love story than Twilight

my nephew, who is like 11 or 12, is playing ā5D Chess With Multiverse Time Travelā, which is exactly what it says on the tin, and I have never been more terrified of the youth of today
hereās a sample picture from the Steam page:
what the hell is this
Wow Iāve never wanted a game more
Oh
Yes
This was definitely worth my 15 bucks
Iām already in love
FIRST TIME GRAMMY AWARD WINNER HARRY STYLES.
u know what my goal is to eat pastries in different countries
to the casual observer it may look like i'm trying to summon a demon but anyone who knows me will realize that i am simply calling my wife
The wife and the demon are the same person
The fact that these replies would mean wildly different thing had they been said on a different platform, such as Facebook, is absolutely hilarious
me before getting to the end of this post
i think citizens of countries that have american military bases in them should also be allowed to vote in american elections
this guy gets it
ALL RISE FOR THE NATIONAL ANTHEM
BE THEY DO CRIMES
Fun fact, some suffragettes used a very similar thing to argue that women should be allowed to vote - because if theĀ āheā in voting law doesnāt include women, then neither does theĀ āheā in any other law, so either women can vote and are law-abiding, OR women cannot vote and are free to steal, not pay taxes, etc. Some people went so far as to break laws to make their point! (āWhatās Your Pronoun?ā by Dennis Baron is my source, and a good read).
ā If the meds were switched, then when I got them mixed up, I⦠I accidentally switched them back, so⦠I gave Harlan⦠ā The correct doses, yes. But not accidentally.
KNIVES OUT (2019) dir. Rian Johnson
I love this moment, not just because of the twist, but also because Marta has been dying the whole movie with not only fear and grief, but guilt at having caused the death of her patient, her friend.
For Benoit to take the time to reassure that this was not her fault, in way that is so kind and so clear, was lovely.
āYou are a good nurse.ā You can tell when he says that the he truly understands what is paining her the most. Just beautiful.
I have so much love for this film, and for the moment following this where Benoit tells her that, if Harlan had listened to her, he would still be alive. The blame is taken from her, in the kindest possible way, by someone she trusts. After all the goalpost moving and āah, gotcha!ā and obsession with spoilers in cinema over the last decade, with characterisation abandoned and plotlines left unresolved, knives out is a kind film. It isnāt obsessed with tricking you or catching you out, just wants you along for the ride
It was just like that in the early 00s
