Finally faced my fear of the optometrist after a year of only seeing my ophthalmologist from my vision loss. It still stung to check my right eye and say “no”when asked if I could see different things I couldn’t see, but at least the part of my left eye that’s still going strong has a new prescription! Also still stung to see “balance” on my prescription sheet for the right eye. I didn’t cry though! Yay!
