Easter bunny cake ... -> 2 layed Victoria sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. Decorated with fondant icing, chocholate sugar paste, mini eggs and buttercream.

Baylies and Jack Daniel’s cake ... Round 2 3 layers of chocolate baylies cake ... With a baylies glaze, JD buttercream filling, chocolate baylies Ganesh ... Chocholate wooden effect sides, white chocholate shavings and a bottle of honey JD.

Chessecake brownies ... Chocholate brownies, with over baked cheesecake ontop covered with raspberry moose and topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of chocolate.

Carrot cake, a back to basics birthday cake.

Popcorn Cupcakes. With a chocolate toffee melt centre, topped off with popcorn frosting, scattered with mini marshmallows, topped off with chocolate coated popping candy and drizzled with chocolate.

Hulk Lego head cake. Made for my friends birthday, it was a red velvet cake (sorry cake ended up getting eaten before I got a chance to take a picture).

My very first Baylies and Jack Daniel's cake.  **Tastes better than it looks** (A basic chocolate cake with some Baylies mixed in topped with some Jack Daniels frosting - consisting of chocolate gnash and a chocolate butter cream).

Jaffa Cake Cupcakes. (Basically a giant version of a Jaffa Cake with an actual one on top, perfect with a good cup of tea).

Jake the dog cake. For a friends 20th birthday, a simple jam and cream cake, with two mini Gunter's/ penguins.

Cookie Cupcakes.  Thought I would go back to basics and try a more simple look.

Beemo cake ^^ 7 layered rainbow cake, complete with mini Gunter's/ penguins.

Flower rainbow cupcakes (using up my last decorating supplies on these scrumptious cupcakes).

Rainbow cupcakes ... with chocolate melt centres.  (Chocolate popping candy, Rolo's, Smarties and Fudge centres).

My first cake sculpture ^^ 'Boats and Hoe's' themed 20th birthday cake with edible boat, money and flag (three lays of rainbow cake) ... and the time I learnt the importance of popping the cake in the fridge so it does't melt.
