I need help coming up with evil things to do in the next chapter of my fic. There are a few things that need to happen in this chapter to get to the next evil and exciting bit, but bridging the gap is turning my brain to mush 😭. Preferably I would like to do these evil things to Duke Thomas or Cassandra Cain, for I fear I haven't hurt them enough yet 😭. Psychological torture preferred but not necessarily the only acceptable things.

It's quiet, moving, and has beautiful references to canon. The best thing that will ever come out of those terrible Duke fanon posts!!!

Both sections (with the Thomas family and with WAR) are sooo amazing it makes me tear up just thinking about it 😭😭 A masterclass in every way, this is Duke to his core it's so so so good everyone READ!!!!!

A wonderful DukeBao fic that explores Duke & Bao's relationship with all its ups and downs. The character interactions are pitch perfect and Duke is soooo full of personality here, I just love him so much!!!!! Duke and Bao are the most precious duo ever!!

Not technically Duke-centric but it's an All-Star Batman fic featuring Bruce, Duke, and Harvey after Duke gets injured in. Just fantastic fantastic stuff, Bruce-Duke-Harvey is forever an underrated beautiful trio and this fic proves that!!!!!

There is no way to describe this fic that will do it justice. A searing character study that examines Duke's experiences being a Black hero in the Batfam, it is an absolute masterpiece of a fic and one that really should be required reading!!!
