Extroverted Intuition (Ne): America is pretty much always generating ideas, in just about every strip/episode he appears in. His first appearance has him coming up with a bizarre concept to solve global warming; later on he generates a completely nonsensical set of ideas for how the Allies’ could attack the Axis (“I’ll be the hero!”). He pretty much just likes to talk about new, crazy concepts, and then jump to another one, rather than dwell on any of them. He makes quick connections between concepts and how a problem could be solved (i.e., why don’t the heroes in Japanese horror movies just not do this, not do that, or do this, etc). He likes the idea of being ‘the hero’ more than the actual practice. He doesn’t have much focus and is quick to panic about possibilities and the future; he doesn’t concentrate much and his attention drifts really fast.

Introverted Feeling (Fi): Although America makes his opinions on most matters pretty clear and states them decisively, he doesn’t talk about his real feelings with anyone. He usually gets defensive and dances around the issue of his genuine emotions. He does occasionally pretend to feel a certain way to achieve an outcome, but what he really feels about those around him is a mystery. He does believe in his crazy ideals about being ‘the hero’ even if his acting on it is a bit inconsistent; he takes action when he wants to make those around him feel better. He strove for independence as a kid and fought back against England for being too controlling over who he could be.

Extroverted Thinking (Te): “China, I choose you!” He may go a little crazy with ideas, but he’s still the unofficial leader of the Allies, he still gives plenty of orders and makes plans at every meeting. He’s often blunt and to the point; he doesn’t bother to read the atmosphere, he’s after efficiency and getting things done. He isn’t the most organized or efficient nation-tan, and usually wants to find a quick and obvious solution to his problems (i.e., Let’s just invade France from Germany). He’s wiling to just up and throw out his old things because he doesn’t use them anymore. However….

Introverted Sensing (Si): …He has his nostalgic side, although it’s well hidden. He struggles with throwing things out that bring up a lot of old memories during ‘America’s Storage Room Cleaning’. He’s pretty disorganized and doesn’t remember details or specifics very often. He does have a lot of bad habits which he likely reverts to because they’re familiar and comforting. He’s usually quick to accept change, however, and doesn’t dip into the well of being specific or nostalgic very often.

Hey so I thought we as userbase should organize spontaneous blackout protest against shapes inc ads here. I thought Feb 26th would be a good date (so ppl has 72 hrs notice if they want to participate), we would log off for 24hrs to show tumblr we are not okay with that (and also for shapes to get less ad revenue for a day in a process lol).
