Week 4, Day 22
Starting fresh again! This week will be a good one!
Biceps and elliptical HIIT session. Sweated like a pig.
Also seriously digging my new Bonds legging.
Week 3 Day 18, 19, 20, 21 - Mixture of cardio and weight training. Week 3 has been a slump. I think in total I only went 4 times.
