A random thing that infuriates me is when people claim to be feminist but then they freak out when a woman proposes to a man.

I think the guys who say "Not everything has to be romantic, can't two guys just be normal friends." are probably the same guys who say that people of the opposite sex cant be friends and that those friendships always turn romantic and/or sexual. Anyways, ship whatever the fuck you want, they're not real people so it doesnt fucking matter. I'm not for kink shaming but I'm gonna be real detrans and misgendering kinks can very easily be pipelines to groom trans men into detransitioning in real life. I feel like it comes from the isolation of being transmasc, and how we're only seen as desirable when we're performing femininity (you know the common story of young tboys being groomed by older cis guys who don't see them as men so they detransition? Doesn't it seem familiar?), especially performing femininity sexually. You either keep it very strictly fantasy and make sure you've got everything under control or you're at a pretty high risk of getting groomed.

the thing with the whole "well trans men have male privilege thing" is firstly. literally no. but even if you take the example of the "stealth trans guy who passes extremely well so people see him as a cis guy" is that he still has to hide his identity to access that privilege and if someone finds out hes trans that privilege is most likely to be taken away. so it isnt really privilege.

The lgbtq community isn't a community anymore. Let me explain.

Too many people seem to just want to be "accepting" that they end up looking stupid. For example, people who say that trans men can be lesbians. Men can't be lesbians that goes against the definition of a lesbian. Apparently, I'm in the wrong for thinking trans men are men. Another example is people who say that you don't need gender dysphoria to be trans. This absolutely baffles me. Why would you transition then? Saying that you need gender dysphoria to be trans apparently makes me a trans medicalist.

Now, this is the second half of my rant. I don't disagree with the idea that you need gender dysphoria to be trans but trans medicalists seem very extremist to me. I've seen many that hate non binary people, pansexual people (because they "erase" bi people some how) and aro ace for some reason. Genuinely, what did aroace people do? I find myself agreeing with some of their points, but then they just go off the rails. This is the pattern, I find someone who made a really good point in a post. I look at their profile, and they've said some crazy shit in another post. I actually mean crazy, as in wishing death to people that they don't like, and I'm usually in that group.

This is my issue one side is too open-minded while the other is too closed-minded. I don't think I fit in with trans meds because I don't hate non binary people and I'm pansexual, but the other side would probably not like me either because I'm not "accepting" enough.

I don't know what to do, and I'm just posting this in hopes that someone else might feel the same way.

Hot take: I believe you need gender dysphoria to be trans, if you don’t have that then why would you WANT to go through transitioning, experiencing transphobia, ect when you would be happy presenting as your biological gender because it brings you no discomfort.

Now I’m not talking about “you can’t be a femboy, you can’t be alt, you need to pass” ect because I understand that sometimes you simply can’t pass with those styles until you’re on T sadly, but IF you DONT feel dysphoria I genuinely don’t see the point in putting yourself through that.

(I’m very open to discussion, this is in no way meant to attack people I’m just sharing my thoughts.)
