Art Fight OC Lore: Canon Setting

They live in New Atlantis, an undersea colony founded by Georgia Enkleton thirty years ago. Visually, it’s heavily inspired by the Tully Observatory from Ducktales 2017, with all buildings formed by a series of pods connected by tubes. At the time of its founding, there were 103 residents and room for about 250. Since then, more pods have been completed, bringing the total capacity to 400, currently accommodating 157 residents. There is a well-set-up, easy-to-use communications system to contact the Surface(everywhere that’s not New Atlantis), but it’s hoarded and kept from anyone who’s not in the Council, which is made up of the Founder and three elected officials(Mario Romano, Simon Romano, and Aria Smith).
