forced exposure therapy of being barefoot in the bed bc i forgot to pack socks and i refuse to put the ones i had while out running back on when im taking my nap in the clean bed. no i cant do this i need socks. nasty socks but calm rest or clean feet in distress. i choose the latter.

my round was 9,82 km today i’m mad as fuck what do you mean i was less than 500 meters away from doing my first 10k but my dumbass watch can never actually tell me the proper distance before i end the workout so i wasn’t even aware IM SO MAD.

my sisters ocd drives me fucking insane it takes everything in me to not start screaming when she has replaced the towel i hung up TODAY. i’m supposed to switch the towel in the upstairs toilet every saturday when i clean the room. for the love of god. i hate that it makes me so angry. because i know she’s sick but it seriously messes with my head and my routines. she keeps using my body wash excessively and moving my shower stuff around i’m so stressed i could cry. but i know whatever frustration im feeling it’s nothing compared to what she deals with that makes her do these things. i just wish it didn’t disturb my peace so much

i love when i end up drinking way to much caffeine to try and replicate the feeling of stimulant abuse because im not in the mood or position to relapse because if my heart could handle months of constant drug use combined with anorexia a few boxes of energy drinks won’t hurt but it will still make me feel like i’m punishing myself. which i’m realizing as am writing this is a very fucked up logic and not very recovered from ur substance abuse issues. like yes girl you’re trying to stop the crippling feeling of a meltdown by drinking caffeine which you know makes you anxious and uncomfortable. that’s great. i think the solution is isolation and avoiding doing anything because it leads to the possibility of changes and discomfort

every time someone enters my room that haven’t consistently been in there they are forced to smell the jar of practice nails i have. it’s like striaght up a chemical wiphlash because some may not be fully cured either. i love it. you come in to my room and i greet you with pushing a jar full of different nails up to your nose and make you sniff it. then we can proceed to hang out
