and then start massive grease fires in their backyards

fun fact: in my teen years my mom bought these dried edamame snacks for me to eat. i didn't eat a lot of veggies (tbh its still a struggle) but i gnoshed these like potato chips. at one point she stopped buying them for me and with my adhd i just didn't have the object permanence to think much about it. when i did bring it up like a year later, she told me that she had read that edamame could feminize men and she didn't want to take the risk.

she considered the offhand risk of me being feminized worse than the benefits of me having a healthy rounded diet.
