oh yeh it's my free form crocheted heart piece. yeh it's got sparkly beads and embroided veins as to be expected

didn't have a pattern for this I just stared for far too long at a 3d scan of a heart and vibed it out from there

one day I wanna make an entire man out of crochet all of his organs and skin but thats a massive project! and this heart is slightly bigger than real life hearts and I'd want the crochet man and his organs to be life-size for maximum off putting

i swear my posts will be more staggered in the future but hehe excited about these bad boys! i recently got into knitting socks after i caught a mate knitting one and was like omg that looks so tiny and fiddly you crazy boy i could never....

anyway yeh so after that I bought some DPNs and gave it a go and I am hooked!!!! this is my 4th pair already since starting early June, I've made myself 2 pairs, my partner a pair and now this one for our lovely housemate because if one of us gets socks we alll get socks. we're a hivemind like that

anyways, loved making these, love making socks it's my fave ever I've just cast on my 5th and most complex pair and I am drooling to wear them already and they're only half done

I'm like 3/4 of the way through a cormorant patch in the same vague style atm for my partner buttttt I have become distracted by everything else ever and that's still on the to be completed pile (sorry sam!!)

had a lovely time watching the osprey chicks at Loch of the lowes growing up via livestream these past weeks, here's a lil doodle of them!!

as i was taking a reference pic to draw from the nig one stared directly at the camera so I think she knew I was watching. cheers girlie !!
