No cause let's talk about this! I think the main reason Calebmc no matter how hard they fight the doomed fate but fail is due Caleb's obsession with taking the bad fate of mc and taking all the pain and suffering in place of mc while keeping mc oblivious and hiding the truth. I think this is what causes the imbalance every single time cause since they are twins from the same soul, source, stem, one should not overshadow the other and vice versa but rather be equal even in pain and suffering but Caleb refuses to let his mc suffer which unironically pushes both of them to bad endings and more suffering. The minute Caleb accepts that even mc has to be fully aware and has to go through their own journey of pain and suffering too is the day they will finally might move towards a better outcome instead of a bad one.
