I D E S P E R S T L Y need fanfiction about these two pre calamity from knight links perspective where he doesn't talk but we can hear the moral delema of falling in love with his princess in his head. How she's the reason for his life and purpose so of course he loves her, but has to fight the urge to love her because of his obligations to the crown
It was a huge milestone of scientific and technological advancement. (Plus, at the time, politically significant). Humanity went to space! We set foot on a celestial body that was not earth for the first time in human history! That’s a big deal! I’ve never thought about it before but now that I have, it’s ridiculous to me that that’s not part of our everyday lives and the public consciousness anymore. Why don’t we have a public holiday and a family barbecue about it. Why have I never seen the original broadcast of the moon landing? It should be all over the news every year!

Link’s eyes dilated. “I’m coming!” he blurted. The rain had slowed, shining like distant flame in the light of his lantern. He’d forgotten. Of course he would come for her. He always had and always would, no matter how many times it killed him.
Fire all around him. The beast’s roar, deafening, foul breath, hot, suffocating in his face, rock, it was rock digging into his neck his spine his windpipe his blood, his hands, pull, pull, PULL IT OFF, he was so tired, so tired, he couldn’t breathe he COULDN’T a name on his lips his lips his air his tighter tighter no NO
Link gasped a ragged breath, air returning to his system, the rain again falling at speed. His hands flew to his uninjured neck. The call ebbed again, ringing, then gone, Link still wavering on the edge of decision, catching breath he shouldn’t have needed to catch. Who was he coming for? What had come for him? “I have to find my uncle,” he said to the rain, searching for light and finding a faint glimmer of fire reaching him through hundreds of raindrops. He moved toward it, straight forward along the street.
