Sorry I know its been a while

I’ve been having a hard time recently... I didn’t know where else to go. I don’t have any family on here so I came to ask for help. I have been recently considering therapy, my mental state is getting to far out of hand and I just don't know what to do anymore. I’m scared to bring it up to my mom and even to my dad( whom I tell every...well almost everything). I don’t know how to pick a therapist, if my insurance covers it, I don't know anything really. I’m just really lost guys...message me if you can help

What about texting therapy with licensed therapists that you can text instead of enduring the draining and sometimes scary and daunting task of an in-person visit? Just saying. Thoughts?
