i hate having manic depression. for a while i feel on top of the world... but when my depressive stages hit i feel so crappy and hopeless. i’m in mania for a while usually but rn idk why i’m out of it. i feel awful and also i sprained my achilles’ tendon causing me to be out for the start of the season after i worked a WHOLE year just to prepare for this very season. god i hate everything.

my treatment started in 2017 around this time. it was a long miserable painful process but oh my god was it worth it. nothing heals instantly and it took 3 years for some patches to be covered up. but now i smile a lot more, dance a lot more and sing a lot more. i feel genuine joy and love. i’m not done yet, i’m not over all my demons, but i can live and cope with them now. i took me 8 years to get help and 3 to repare some big holes. but help is so worth it, and although it isn’t a fast solution it sure is a long term one.

who knew losing a dog would be the hardest thing to endour. i miss my baby so much, i wish he was still here with me. i sleep with his collar every night and hold it to my heart. walking out of the vet and leaving him alone in that room broke my heart immensely. i wish i still had my boy who would force everyone to pet him. i cry every hour because i miss him. all the memories we had. going to the beach and playing fetch, taking him on walks, him running out of the front door, sleeping with him when i was scared, crying on him when i was sad. he was my best friend, he truly was. he never ever left me i never had negative feelings towards him or anything. i miss him he was my baby boy and now he’s gone. this is the worst pain ever and i feel like nobody quite understands how hard this is for me. i’ve had my baby since i was 1 year old. i don’t remember life without him but so far it’s miserable. rock i miss you so much i hope you’re having a great time in doggie heaven 💓(◞‸◟)
