what is it about things being gender neutral having to also be ‘masculine’. like, why can you wear a suit and tie and call it gender neutral but not a dress cause that’s feminine. why can you call people dude or guy as a gender neutral term but not girl cause that’s feminine. short hair is neutral but long hair is feminine. i mean i know why this is fully a rhetorical question but let’s think about that

why are you microwaving carbonated drinks that feels wrong.

IDK, most people hate it, but I'm also the person that purposely lets coke go flat because I like it better flat so me and carbonated drinks have a weird relationship.

microwaving aluminum specifically is known to cause arching, which can cause fires! (thick aluminum is fine, but thin aluminum like aluminum foil, and I assume the edge of an opened can is Not)

on top of that microwaving liquids can be dangerous as they get hot extremely quickly.

just search "microwave aluminum foil" on YouTube if ur curious lol

I wish there was more stuff to do in my fuck ass town as an adult that’s not just going to the bar. Like I want to start planning couples costumes with my bf but there’s no where to go with them bc he doesn’t drink and doesn’t like going to the bar (understandable) but it’s like okay well this town isn’t like microscopic but that’s pretty much the only option for any Halloween events that’s not something to do with your kids like and the only thing I can think of for kids besides trick or treating is like churches doing trunk or treat like I just want to dress up and do something fun but there’s no where to go and nothing to do around here :/ and before y’all say something like oh maybe your local museum is doing and event BITCH NOT EVERYONE HAS COOL SHIT LIKE A MUSEUM IN THEIR TOWN

instead of "people pleaser" it might be better to think "disapproval fearer" if that's the emotional stick that's motivating action; important to consider at least three reasons to do something:

it's a good thing to do

I want to do the thing

people will be mad if I don't do the thing

and if 3. is the most weighty reason then that's a potential problem.
