Please do not run magnets through crypto mines!! The only effect that standard magnets have on computer hardware is potentially on the data stored in hard disks drives. Hard drive disks are very unlikely to be used in crypto mines due to their slower comparative speed to solid state drives. Although the cost of solid state drives is greater than a hard disk, the cost is negligible at small capacities, and long-term storage isn’t typically a great need for the mining process - all they really need to store is an operating system and the programs used to mine the coins.

Please instead shuffle through a crypto mine with fuzzy socks and touch every exposed piece of circuitboard you can find, to kill the motherboards and graphics cards with static electricity. Thank you!
