She's one of the three sisters from the RoseBuds Webcomics made by SuprDee. She basically have to take care of Maria and Maricela, two girls with really different dynamic.

It's a fun webcomic by the way ! You probably already saw them, but if you haven't, this is kinda like... huum Garfield with a tiny bit of Geraldine & Mona in a way ? It's fun and cute.

Rosa is really cool, you can see she was through things in her past life, and she tries her absolute best. So much weights on her shoulders... She deserves those vacation !
