There goes a long time between writing fanfics for me and most times i dont even post them so it feels like getting to read a new fanfic every time i open up the docs. It's honestly very nice having memory problems in this case bc look! What a genius story *gasp* and I wrote that? Damn
Okay y'all real writer talk here, how do you weave in information about your character without them just straight up telling it to a different character? I mean it as in how does character A converse knowlegde about themselves to character B without it being like:
A: so my mother died when I was 4
B: really that's so sad, what happened?
A: she was murdered in a house fire.
B: omg!
I understand you can do it this way but i feel a bit like it's lacking depth? Lacking emotions maybe or something idk help?
I have been writing some fanfic, I don't know if it will ever see the light but it makes me happy to write it. Anyways that's not really what this post is about. The fic contains some scenes displaying grief, ptsd and depression. When i tell you i have to physically take a break from looking at the scenes whilst writing cuz tears are swelling up in my eyes, then I am not lying.
I think it amazing how simple words on a page can make you swell up with emotions.
(Who knows maybe I am just an emotional person)
My health problems have become so awful that my mother suggested to go see the witch doctor instead (he is not actually a witch doctor but that is what she said, I think he just focus on more natural ways of healing? Idk)
And i was like yk what? Yeah lets fucking do it because at this point my own primary physician cannot get his shit together (it took him 3 visits to consider sending me to a rheumatologist, keyword: consider)
So i am compiling a list of symptoms cuz I suck at explaining things on the spot (ask literally anyone in my life) and currently the document in my notes app is called "the decree of symptoms" cuz I can't be a normal person.
However i am a person with free access to the internet and i think most of my symptoms coincides with Ehler danlos syndrome and I do not know how to bring that up to a medical professional without sounding like a hypochondriac hence this post...
Does anyone know how to speak the language of doctors so they actually understand you?????

I saw this on tiktok and felt the need to expand on it.
Okay so the idea is that Stiles Stilinski grows up to be Charlie Swan from twilight (they look alot alike) anyways for one reason or another he changes his name to Charlie Swan becomes a divorced dad and sheriff of Forks.
I imagine that since he lived through Beacon hills he is aware of both the cullens and the blacks and have just decided to stay out of it as much as he can (he tried to get involved once aka Beacon hills and it was downhill from there) i do believe he is friends with the blacks more, something about reminicing about running in the Woods with the old pack and stuff.
When Bella informs him she is dating THE Edward cullen Stiles will nod along and smile untill she is out of earshot then he will scream loudly, punch a tree and call Scott.
"I SWEAR TO GOD SCOTT I DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE FOR ANOTHER ROMEO AND JULIET STORY WITH MY DAUGHTER THIS TIME, YOU COME UP HERE RIGHT NOW SO I CAN YELL AT YOU REAL TIME."
Next call would be to Chris.
"Hi Chris, how do i kill a vampire?"
The last would be to Derek/Peter
"How much do i need to pay you guys to get rid of a vampire for me? Also is there any treaty i should be aware off before said killing?"
I truly think that when Bella becomes a vampire and Renesmee is born that Stiles will have an anuerysm and just give up on life.
I need a whole tv show about Jason todd
It needs to follow him in his crime lord days like from the start all the way to his confrontation with Bruce
It also needs to have flashbacks to his life before (both on the street and at the manor) in like a manic way to emphasise his madness he got from the lazerus pit. (Just imagine him beating the shit out of tim while he has flashbacks to "Robin is magic" days)
And i need it to like be cut off very abrupt when Bruce throws the batarang at his neck, like the moment the blade hits his neck all the lazerus pit madness drains from his body and there is an echo of child Jason yelling "dad" at bruce.
Followed by the explosion and then you just see Jason choking on his blood once again all alone
That's how season 1 ends with perhaps a sneak peak to season 2 where you see Talia's feet walk up to jason
And maybe you here her say "you failed again" before it cuts to black.
Ugh i need this so much (I also need the show to not cut down of the brutality of Jason's life, it's very important😌)
I am expanding on this.
Season 2 would follow Jason being sent to learn by all the different teachers Talia finds him.
He is a lot more mellow and uses a lot of his time reflecting on his life (where he went wrong or if he ever had a chance at being good at all) we still have the flashbacks but this time it shows him being a crime lord, how manic he was and how horrified he is at what he did (looking at you tim)
He struggles with his morals a lot in season 2, lacking the conviction he had in season 1. Trying to find purpose while he feels so detached to everything.
He finds it somewhere between getting his ass kicked by his first teacher for the umptenth time and finding evidence that his teacher is a scumbag.
Jason kills his teacher after he learned everything he could from the guy. It's a twisted sense of justice but it's one none the less and he clings to it, keeping at it as he travels the world going from teacher to teacher. Killing them all when he is done with them.
(I think that part would take up like 3-4 episodes maybe? I do think there should be a whole episode dedicated to when he meets Lady Shiva and how he lets her die in an honorable fight as she always wanted)
Then he moves back to Gotham, gets his crime empire under control again and plans the perfect murder of one Joker. If Bruce isn't gonna save him from his tormentor then Jason will gladly put a hundred bullets in the Joker's body himself.
While planning he has to dodge the others as they try to get him to redeem himself. (I do think he apologieses to Tim at some point but only after everything has gone down with Jk) also at this point Damian has become Robin and Tim Red robin.
Anyways he will have his big show down with Joker, do some big villain speech and then pull the gun at Joker's head only to not be able to shoot. Imagine he hears the Joker's voice from back when he was a child ("left or right little birdie? Option A or B? Ahahaha")
And Bam! Batman comes in incapcitate a hysterical Jason who keeps saying "I can't do it, I can't do it, I can't do it!"
Batman being the bitch he is would try to take the Joker into custody but he can't because while he was busy with Jason little demon heir Damian al fucking ghul have chopped off the head of the Joker.
"Damian" Bruce would say horrified but Damian isn't looking at him, no he is looking at Jason.
Damian hugs Jason and says "he won't hurt you anymore akhi"
(Because Jason always protected Damian while he was with the league, they became brothers far before Bruce had any idea Damian existed and Damian would do anything for Jason. If that means killing the Joker so his brother can finally rest easy at night then so be it)
The last episode would be a bit like an epilogue i think, where Jason reflects on gotham before packing up his shit to go travel the world again
(Season 3 perhaps featuring start of the outlaws or his time with the all-caste)

Okay but for anyone who legit wants to know how to calculate it correctly:
The elbow joint on average rests a couple inches higher than the navel, so if you measure how long the distance is from the middle of the shoulder to that point then you have the length of the upper and fore arms!
So if anyone’s wondering about legs too, the simplest rule of thumb is that the length from the top of the leg to the knee is equal to the distance between the top of the leg and the bottom of the pectorals:
And I wanna stress that when i say “top of the leg” i’m not talking about the crotch (please don’t flag me tumblr it’s an anatomical term) i’m talking about the point where the femur connects to the pelvis, which is higher up on the hips:
It’s easier to see what I’m talking about in this photo of a man squatting:
So yeah if you use that measurement when using this technique you should get fairly realistically proportioned legs:
But remember! messing with proportions is an important and fun part of character design! Know the rules first so you can then break them however you please!

So I totally have plans for more chapters but as of right now i dont know when i will be posting???
I just got my wisdom tooth removed last monday (That's why i was stress writing a fic the weekend before) and that shit knocked me back too hard. I am trying to recoved as fast as possible but i am a sensitive girlie who is dealing with too much (like stupid doctors who tells me to simply live with my unexplainable chronic pain) ANYWAYS updates will probably be slow, please bare (bear???) with me
