“You can take 5 hours, 5 days, or 5 years; it doesn’t matter. As long as you try your best when reaching your ultimate destination, time will be on your side, regardless of how much of it there is.”

What if you had one more day. Just one. What would you do? Where would you want to travel to? Who would you want to spend your time with? Hopefully, this isn’t the case. However, always live as if it may be your last day, because time is simply precious.

“Self care”
dusky pink or mustard yellow? bean bag or hammock? seaside towns or neon cities? milkshake or smoothie? misty forest mornings or warm pool-side evenings? violin or acoustic guitar? fairground or fireworks show? stripes or florals? ladybugs or butterflies? maple syrup or honey?
There is so much more to life than fitness. Go have fun. Be young. Eat cookies. Stay out all night dancing. Stay up all night drinking wine. Do things that make you happy. Find a balance.
I never thought I could be a runner
I made myself wake up at 8am after a long week at work to have time to go eat breakfast and go run before my best friend arrives for the weekend.
It’s little changes like this that make me realise how I now prioritise running. I can make time for it I just need to get up a bit earlier or make plans a little later in the evening. I’m so excited and impressed at how much my body has changed over the last few months. Knowing that I can go out and run 6K is such an amazing feeling. I can enjoy the sun and just clear my mind from all the shit that has been happening this week.
When I started I couldn’t even run for 5 minutes. Honestly. When I very first started I think I managed about 30 seconds. So please don’t feel discouraged if this is you, we all start somewhere. I was there and I thought there is no way in hell I will ever be able to even run 1K. Then I did, then it turned into 1 mile and then 2 miles. Your body is capable of wonderful things, please treat it well and challenge yourself. If we don’t, we won’t change.
There weren’t many people in this world who would let you be vulnerable and still believe you were strong.

Not risking it

Put coconut oil in your hair, exercise, take hot showers, massage lotion into your skin, eat food that makes you feel good, stretch, lay around in bed, and listen music that makes you feel happy. Just do you.
We finally have the Dear Prudence we deserve.
I love this answer. There is so much biphobic b.s. in queer communities, and i honestly hate it. I feel badly for this woman’s wife, because she married someone who doesn’t understand or accept something fundamental about her, and about queerness.
I wish you could give a piece of advice a standing ovation though, because this is perfect.

Proving a point to my boyfriend.
PLEASE REBLOG if you (male or female) believe it is perfectly okay and natural for a guy of any age to cry
I’ve never hit reblog faster or harder.
