Ingredients: 300g pasta of choice. 1 cup raw cashews. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a blender, combine cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
