I suppose it wouldn't hurt any to copy and paste his backstory for ya'll. Just remember, this was created for Scrutinized but is liable to change based on whatever Adam says, since I'm just a lowly writer and he's the game dev. <3

Tanner knew he wanted to change people's lives the moment his crackhead mother brought home a Deluxe Crime Scene Investigators Set for his sixth birthday. Yes, it was meant for children thirteen and up, but that didnāt matter to her, and it certainly didnāt matter to him.Ā
The stolen play set brought a sense of joy and wonder into his life that heās since spent his adulthood trying to replicate, sometimes with success but mostly a failure. Something about pricking his own finger on his motherās unused syringes to scout for traces of blood droplets with the proper combinations of chemical solvents and light rays really mesmerized him. Picturing doing the same but with other peopleās blood made his mind wander with possibilities.Ā
Tanner, the precocious chap he was, learned how to find clues and how not to leave them behind rather quickly. The only thing that gave him away was people; his victims. And they were victims; even as a kid, he knew thatās all they were - people that were too dumb to outsmart himāvictims of their own idiocy.Ā
But people were just so noisy. It turned out that the only real way to keep someone quiet was death or a precise combination of chemicals directly injected via the carotid artery, which induced a state of amnesia he found very, very effective. Without a tattletale to worry about, the only thing Tanner concerned himself with was having fun and not leaving a trace.
How and how not to do things became his specialty, which very swiftly helped him get away with nearly anything and everything. Murder? Joyously simple to pin on someone else. Torture with a slice of theft? Easy breezy lemon squeeze! Although the petty crime wasnāt as fun as ending a life or watching it pass across a victimās eyes, it was at times a palate cleanser between courses. The monetary value fueled his black market equipment as well, which could be more than even a skilled forensic specialist like himself earned.
Having a good time was simple really; if he wanted something, he took it, or he did it. All he had to do was leave behind enough breadcrumbs to point the finger towards someone else, cover a few of his own tracks, and enjoy the spoils of his superior forethought. With no repercussions for his actions, the world was his oyster, so to speak.Ā
By his twenty-fifth birthday, he got so good at leaving only the traces he wanted that the meticulous planning he usually did before his ācrimesā became a thing of the past. Suddenly, he was always ready - always prepared with whatever he needed: a little vacuum to clean up stray hairs, soleless shoes to leave no prints, his favorite gloves in case he just had to touch somethingā¦ or someone. There were places in his vehicle he could hide all these things and more, and as he got older, his occupation explained away the more unique items he liked to carry with him.Ā
He ran on pure impulse while off the clock, and still, no one ever suspected a thing. Sure, perhaps he smiled too much and twitched a little more than the average fellow, even by the bizarre standards other forensic specialists kept for themselves, but no one could pin anything on him even if they dedicated the rest of their minuscule lives to a single case out of the many they had unsolved.Ā
His colleagues respected his unmatched knowledge and insight, even if they kept their distance. Tanner didnāt mind; he liked it that way. People were for his own personal enjoyment, not for friendships or fancy. Although one could pretend and sometimes it was fun to flirt - to make some ladies swoon because that just made it all the more enjoyable when he got bored and decided to have a different sort of fun.Ā
In all the years that he smiled and laughed and stuffed knives, syringes and sharp implements inside people, Tanner never thought he would have as much fun as heās having now. To think one person, all alone at home, could supply him with so much terror - so much exuberance for life and the taking away of said life. They only had so many places to hide from him and so little time to do so.
Tanner knows that when he finally gets them where he wants them, itāll be pure pleasure to see them realize theyāve lost the game. Only he and they will know the truth: that Tanner got a whim one day to kill this person, and soā¦ as usualā¦ heāll do just that, and oh, how he will enjoy it.
Since I'm really into WTTG3 and Tannuna right now, I kept working on this pieceāit's a concept I want to explore in a future project I'm creating about them >.<

After a long time (and I mean a really long time) and thanks to the new episode 3 of Moonvale, I felt inspired and wanted to draw something about games again, which of course would be about our favorite hacker!
The sketches are nothing more and nothing less than concept art from when Jake left the mine that caught fire at the end of the game, and from one of the dialogues that MC speaks, for those who played the new episode, she thinks he might have gone to the Duskwood forest to hide, which makes me think that he's in a situation that would make Whitmore more benefit from living in a cabin even if he lives in the middle of nowhere, poor man š„²š„¹

What if Ronald Evans is or was the Bomb Maker?
Hereās why I think thatās not only possible, but likely :)
Firstly, his overlapping presence across games.
Both Ronald and the Bomb Maker pre-exist their respective titles on the dark web before the events of the games even begin. The Bomb Maker is later reintroduced into a game where Ronald himself is the Game Master. That overlap does not feel subtle in my mind.
Secondly, the actual physical appearance of C4.
Simon is given a C4 bomb by an unknown individual, possibly the Game Master. Where else does C4 prominently appear? Dead Signal. Ronaldās game.
If Simon was āgivenā the bomb, it had to be delivered somehow. C4 does not detonate on impact, meaning it could safely be dropped from a height.
And who currently operates drones?
Most likely: the Game Master, Ronald.

The Bomb Makerās website listed on the dark web page in Simonās game.
Repeated emphasis on the word ābleach.ā (which is very important!!) Bleach is super significant in this context because It appears across games, It is referenced on the Bomb Makerās blog, Itās described as a primary ingredient in his bombs, The repetition FEELS deliberate, almost just like the narrative refuses to let us forget him.
Then thereās the physical evidence: The C4 model shown contains components that visually look like the same components found on Ronaldās bedroom desk.
And finally, the blog entry: The Bomb Maker describes a nostalgic memory of blowing up a playground. Itās important to note that ānostalgicā does not mean he was a literal child at the time. Nostalgia can apply to young adulthood as well. His age range is more plausibly late teens to 20s at the time of that event.
So now we have:
The shared digital history, shared materials, shared motifs, the overlapping timelines, repeated references across games and a bomb delivered in a way only the Game Master could logically execute.

After finishing my Scrutinized Funko Pops I wanted to have a set for Welcome to the Game 2.
So glad I was able to finish it in time for Welcome to the Game 3. The Demo that was just released was so fun to play and I love that it is a full separate game to build on the main story. I highly recommend checking it out and Wishlisting on Steam! <3
