i feel like people have forgotten what “NSFW” actually stands for after all these years

it stands for “not safe for work,” as in “material that could get you fired if your boss sees you looking at it at your place of employment” 

tagging things as “nsfw” is not something to be politicized, it is a courtesy to your fellow humans so that they do not get fired or socially ostracized for someone’s whole dick being out on their computer

It seems like people also mistakenly only associate NSFW with sexual content. Of course sexual content is not safe for work, but neither is bad language, violent images or references, drug references…. and, depending on your workplace, potentially a lot of other content.

It’s really not a moral judgement. But if you put ‘no NSFW content’ on your bio and I see it then I am morally obliged to unfollow you, based entirely on how much i use the ‘F’ word, because that is what NSFW means. If you just don’t want sexual content then put that.

No. The NSFW rules apply when you are on work premises, or during working hours - even if you are on your lunch break or working away from the office. If a colleague/your boss/tutor sees something, you are subject to the same punishments. You must still comply by certain workplace standards regardless of what your schedule is - you just won’t also be getting a bollocking for slacking off.

I’m begging you to properly read any contract/ code of ethics before signing.

Então, eu li um livro muito bom mesmo chamado A Canção do Sangue (do Antony Ryan) e ele aparentemente é o primeiro de uma coleção chamada A Sombra do Corvo, que como todo bom livro que eu leio...ninguém conhece. Aí estão alguns dos personagens da Quinta e da Sexta Ordem, mas ainda faltam varios... quando eu terminar, posto os outros! :)

So, I’ve recently read a great book called The Blood Song (by Antony Ryan) and it seems that it’s the first one a trilogy called The Raven’s Shadow, that, like al good books that I read, no one seems to read. Here are some characters from the 5th and 6th Order, but there are some missing yet....when I finish them I’ll post them here! :)
