I hate the fact this is an accurate read on my mental health.
replayed side order and this is the vibe i’m getting
No but for real LMAO those two are so damn flirty. Acht turning to you and going "I'm glad you're here Eight, *if you weren't I'm pretty sure they'd be making out-*"
Bold of you to assume that would stop them.

HOW?!
Discovered the website, and wanted to make a Trainer Card of my own.
He showed me when he found it, I ended up making my own.
Yeah, I just tried to recreate my Alola team.
Incineroar: Starter
Toucannon: Route 1 regional bird
Pelipper: Ramdon catch
Glaceon: Hatched from an egg
Solgaleo: Obligatory box Legendary
I added Mimikyu because I also had Zygarde in that team, but I figured one Legendary was enough for this and combed my brain for other Pokemon I caught.
That explains so much...
My Sister made this ABSOLUTE BANGER based of that one deltarune meme from bandana dee's perspective
OKAY, WHO GAVE KIRBY A BEER?!
WHY DOES THAT WORK?!
WHAT KINDA CAT ARE YOUR MUTUALS
I REALLY WANNA SIT HERE AMD GO THROUGH TAGGING EVERYONE BUT I HAVE TO GO TO BED NOW SO I’LL DO SO TOMORROW!!!
@kikos-tachi SOUND OFF!
Click on it twice. These are your two super powers.
everyone else always seems to fucking get cool shit and i always get like “gel manipulation” and “using dust along w/ your fighting style”
My first one was “poison smoke manipulation” which is acceptable then my second one is “Family Creation” which gives Princess Bubblegum’s candy kingdom as an example, so, I guess I’m making everything I’ve ever drawn into a real thing and if anyone doesn’t like it I’m going to asphyxiate them with gas.

DISASTER MASTERY… and staff combat.
Well, I am a adhd having disaster bi that likes sticks so…
Immunity Empowerment and Launch Immunity. I got them in that order, and I was CERTAIN the second one wouldn’t be an immunity, so I’ll take it. I guess I’ll go to an amusement part and see what kind of empowerment I get?
I thought that Launch Immunity was kind of lame, but after seeing the Relativistic Immunity someone got above, I’ll take the blessing that my immunity can even be activated in real life.
Symbiotic healing and timeline diversion prevention
Anti gravity combat and Electro-Psionics whatever the fuck that is

I am trying to do that. I am right now even
Type of shit i would have kept in the demos untill i am sober enough

How come semi trucks in Europe look like “toot toot :)” and in North America they look like “HONK HOOOOOOOONK >:|”
@trainwreckgenerator why did you hide these in the tags
This suggests that Maximum Overdrive was Jurassic Park for motor vehicles.
I’m sorry, but that is misleading as hell. American and European trucks are bred for different purposes.
American trucks are bred for long hauls on largely straight roads. They can go for hours without a break. A European truck needs more breaks and a lighter load, and they would indeed take great internal damage if they tried to keep up with the Longsnout.
The European Shortsnout is not bred for looks, but for agility! They navigate the windy roads of Europe in a way that would be way too risky for the powerful, but more clumsy American truck. It is true that the European overheats faster at high speeds, that is the very reason that breaks every 4,5 hours are mandatory for both the truck and the handler and a day of driving can never be longer then 9 hours.
So, all in all, appreciate all of our trucks and our shared history, and be the responsible owner that gets the right breed for the right job.
To be fair, the US does have shortnose trucks as well, they’re just a breed kept mainly for very local work where, like the above says, they are working in places with lots of turns, shorter drives, and plenty of stops. I see them used for garbage pickup a lot, where a longnosed Mack wouldn’t be able to fit much less maneuver, and the short nose prevents them from getting rubs (raw skin or even open sores) on their snouts.
I would also like to point out that the tags have got it backwards. The wild trucks (which I’m pretty sure are extinct in the wild now) that all modern breeds stemmed from were shortnose trucks. We had known about automobiles and domesticated several species, but the truck species was not discovered until close to the start of the 1900’s, in Germany, which I BELIEVE was the first country to breed them in captivity, although England was the first country to really start using them for work. I managed to find a photo of taxidermied specimen
As you can see, it resembles both long and short nosed breeds, as well as the far more common house truck used by individuals instead of for commercial work.
As to the aggression, while the mack longnose LOOKS aggressive, they’re generally gentle giants (although please do give them space on the road! not seeing you in their blind spot is NOT the same as aggression!), it is actually the smaller house truck that is often trained by their handler to be aggressive: the keyword being TRAINED, they are also not naturally aggressive. The only time I have seen a mack be commonly aggressive is when they are pulling 2 gravel trailers, and I would be cranky if I was being overworked, too. If you see them hauling that kind of load, just give them space, and you’ll be fine.
I feel like somebody should add something about the Australian variants.
From my understanding of Australian wildlife:
Does anyone know if/how American School Busses are related to trucks?
Pics for reference:
The classic long-nose schoolbus
But short-nose varieties exist, I remember when they first started appearing in my district!
@dreorzen While school buses ARE in the automobile order, they are actually part of the Van family, not the Truck family, due to their passenger capacity. As you can see in the photos, they have no cargo bed or hookup, and are not really built for object transport. But they DO excel at carrying passengers, particularly children (although certainly not limited to just children)
They’re known to be exceptionally protective of any passengers, and if you look closely on that second image you can actually see a specialized appendage that is (I think) unique to school buses- a small, red, octagonal fan, which they extend when there are small creatures around them that they are acquiring or releasing. Much like an angler fish’s bioluminescent bulb appendage, this fan (along with several bioluminescent patches on top of their faces and on their hindquarters) works to mesmerize any other vehicles in close proximity, to where those vehicles will cease movement until the bus lowers the fan. It’s super fascinating behavior, and little wonder why we trust our children to these gentle, protective giants.
Don’t forget about the bus trucks.
While these vehicles can sometimes be bred by accident (after all, who hasn’t accidentally left the gate open when your school bus is in season), they are usually bred for specific purposes.
These hybrids are bred for both their cargo capacity and their gentle temperments. Especially in a farm setting, there’s a need for many different kinds of vehicles, some of which sometimes don’t get along. Having a vehicle with both the strength and capacity of a large work truck with the amiable nature of a school bus can be a real benefit.
It’s a little unfortunate that these hybrids tend to be sterile, though, since it would be easier if they’d breed true. Also, something to keep in mind… bus trucks are bred from a bus.
Truck buses are bred from a truck and… tend to not be quite as useful as bus trucks, although some people do like keeping truck buses for companionship and as show vehicles.
This website sucks I love it
What about the rally trucks?
Luma Robotics Robots: Luma's Plow 75
This is Luma's Plow 75, a WIP 75g fleaweight. The reason I bring this up is because I plan to host a fleaweight event in the US sometime in the future. Right now, it weighs 100-ish grams because I haven't made any modifications to the chassis or electronics yet, but I plan to build this in a similar vain to Team Panic's DrCriminal and replace the Hexbug board with a Malenki Nano ESC. The wedge files are available on Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory, and GrabCAD if anyone would like to make their own rendition.
Luma Robotics Event Reports: Norwalk Havoc Robot League March 2021
Ah, NHRL. Despite being the source of so much robot related pain and the worst asskickings of my entire career, it holds a soft spot in my heart because it is where I made my official robot combat debut. Without further ado, let's see how my robot combat debut went with Luma's Weed Whacker 3.
____________________________________________
Going into this, I was absolutely nervous. One could say that I was falling apart at the seams. But ready or not, my debut fight was coming and I would have to face fellow rookie and near direct counter to my own bot, Obliterator.
The fight started with both bots spinning up and their builders getting used to the controls. The two charged at each other and exchanged a weapon to weapon hit that had one of Obliterator's drive motors sniped by Luma's Weed Whacker. They shared another hit that flipped Obliterator. Obliterator couldn't self right and tapped out.
Needless to say, I was absolutely riding the high of winning my very first fight and by what is basically a knockout, no less. However, my next opponent would quickly slap the cockiness out of me as I was fighting future finalist, Blackbird.
The fight started with both bots spinning up and Blackbird throwing Luma's Weed Whacker into Brett. Blackbird then got a series of hits on Luma's Weed Whacker that ended with Blackbird shooting Luma's Weed Whacker into the ceiling and Luma's Weed Whacker landing on the corner camera which broke it. The two kept going at each other and Blackbird got stuck on its side. Brett quickly fixed that and the two went at each other with a vengeance. Eventually, Blackbird got stuck on its weapon rails, but shook itself free. Luma's Weed Whacker's battery then gave out and its drive died from a lack of power. Brett slammed Luma's Weed Whacker into the wall in an attempt to get it moving again, but failed. Brett tried again and ejected its top onto Luma's Weed Whacker. Having seen enough, Luma's Weed Whacker tapped out and the win went to Blackbird.
Despite the fact that I brutally got my ass kicked, this is my favorite fight of my career so far purely because of how much fun I had fighting Blackbird. I managed to hit through his wheel guard and nearly killed both of his drive motors, and this damage stuck around long enough for fellow Vector kit Red Hawk to take out Blackbird later.
My next fight would be up against first time competitor and Viper kit, Sacrificer. Due to the fact that Sacrificer was fighting well outside of his weight class, I decided to make use of NHRL's 1lb weight bonus for clusterbots and throw my Candy_Wasp kit Luma's Plow 1, into the ring alongside Luma's Weed Whacker 3. Hobby friend, William Sonia, would be driving Luma's Plow 1 for this match while I held back to see what he could do.
The fight started with Luma's Plow 1 missing the charge while Sacrificer and Luma's Weed Whacker spun up. Luma's Plow then backed off as Sacrificer went to Luma's Weed Whacker who tore off its feeder wedge and shot it to the center of the arena. Luma's Plow then went in again to run interference while Luma's Weed Whacker gathered its bearings. Luma's Plow then backed off so Luma's Weed Whacker could finish the job. Luma's Weed Whacker tore off Sacrificer's main wedge and Sacrificer tapped out.
After that euthenization of Sacrificer, I prepared to face my next opponent, Envoy, but first, Theo Hummel had some parting words to say to me. He had been eliminated earlier in the tournament and since I was still in, we couldn't have that grudge match we've wanted since we met back at MASSdestruction 18. Now without further ado, let's see what Envoy had in store.
The fight started with both bots spinning up and Luma's Weed Whacker tearing off one of Envoy's wheels. Envoy then destroyed a camera as it started hockey pucking to get away from Luma's Weed Whacker. The rest of the fight was Luma's Weed Whacker chasing down Envoy and eventually removing its other wheel. Envoy tapped out and the win went to Luma's Weed Whacker.
I fucking embarassed myself in this fight. Sure, I won and drove what was probably the best fight of my life with the precision I clipped Envoy's wheels with, but I was screeching my head off like a banshee while badly trying to taunt my opponent. To whoever drove Envoy at that event, if you're reading this, I apologize for my ringside behavior. Anyway, up next I was fighting future NHRL 2021 Grand Finalist, Voxel.
The fight started with both bots spinning up and exchanging weapon to weapon hits. Voxel's drive was crippled on one side, but Luma's Weed Whacker's belt snapped. The rest of the fight was Luma's Weed Whacker trying to push Voxel and Voxel trying to finish off Luma's Weed Whacker. Eventually the two got stuck together and Bert had to separate them. Voxel couldn't move and was counted out and the win went to Luma's Weed Whacker 3.
So... Starchild REALLY fucked up Voxel in the last round. For all intents and purposes, I should not have won that fight. The only reason I did is because I didn't take any significant damage the entire tournament while Voxel had to tangle with Starchild, a robot who singlehandedly carried a team of four championship caliber beetleweights to victory in the 12lb hobbyweight bracket. With that aside, I somehow won another fight and by luck of the draw, I was up against Doomkid with his brand new beater bot, Dread Hades.
The fight started with both bots spinning up and Dread Hades throwing Luma's Weed Whacker in the air. Dread Hades quickly took off Luma's Weed Whacker's belt and got to work. The entire fight was Dread Hades throwing Luma's Weed Whacker around the arena while Luma's Weed Whacker tried to push back against Dread Hades. The fight went to a judges decision where Dread Hades won.
And with that loss, I was out of the tournament. Probably for the better as I had snapped my last weapon belt during the fight which means that I would have had to forfeit anyway due to not having a weapon to comply with the active weapon requirement.
Until next time, Lumakid100 signing off.
Event Fight Record: 4-2
