📍🛩️Traveling through Europe - part 1 📍✈️
✈️ Preparation, few months before my flight.
I love traveling. In by home country I traveled a lot by car, but 3 years ago I made a trip to Italy by plane and I realised with great surprise that I have a fear of flying .
This old memory of the discomfort that I experienced was deeply rooted in my mind. Till August this year when I received invitation of my cousins who lives from 10 years in Germany to come visit him for a week.
Firstly, I declined the invitation, because of my fear, but on second thought I was like - “ Babe, you love traveling, you need to face your fears and make great experiences”. So I wrote him back and accepted the invitation. Download Wizz air app and made a reservation for the flight to Germany.
I booked flight 3 months in advance and if I have to be completely honest I wanted to cancel it many times and I was nearly done it when air company rescheduled my flight 2 days early.
But here is the interesting part so my flight was rescheduled for departure on 11.11, if you believe in signs, good, because for me it was- “ Go for it girl, you can make it! This is a sign of the Universe !”
Anddd guess what on the day of the flight I was suspiciously calm and feeling so good as like I travel by air on a daily basis. I get on the plane, we took off everything was very nice and not at all scary, I got YouTube premium and downloaded few movie and watched till we landed.
Everything was more than great ! My cousin expected me in front of the airport. We got rent a car and 2 hours later we were at his house. I opened my social medias and during the flight I was thinking for many, many life changing moments and the first few reels that popped up were:
“1111 portal is a cosmic invitation to step into higher dimensions and consciousness. Alignment between physical and ethereal realms. 1111 carry waves of inspiration, intuition and unshakeable trust in the unseen. Energy of the number quickens the heart chakra. Portal heralds a profound awakening, a sudden or gradual unveiling of the soul’s deeper purpose.”
“What is meant for you doesn’t pass you , it circle you, again and again, until you’re ready.”
“It’s already yours- the Universe”
“If you only knew what is already reaching for you , you’h never doubt the timing again - the Universe “
“The path didn’t appear, she became the path”
📍 Tell me that wasn’t a sign from the Universe!
I felt like it was fated! New beginning of new chapter in my life! 📍
🌊 Bottling Feelings 🌊
Hi, guys,
I’ve decided to share something I’ve recently begun to overcome, as I realized it had become a major obstacle damaging my mental and emotional well-being.
Let’s talk more in depth about bottling up feelings. Every one of us, in one way or another, has experienced a situation that we didn’t want to share with anyone. Sometimes, the experience is so overwhelming — it shakes your mind, heart, and soul — that you can’t even find the words to explain it. More importantly, you don’t want to talk about it, so you keep it buried inside.
💭 What Are Bottled Feelings?
And what kind of situations can trigger them to surface?
Bottled feelings refer to:
Repressed emotions
Unspoken pain
Unprocessed trauma
Mental overload
Deep vulnerability
These emotions, when kept inside for too long, build up like pressure in a bottle — and eventually, they seek a way out, sometimes in unhealthy or overwhelming ways.
🛤 My Personal Journey Toward Healing
Here, I’m sharing what helped me work through the habit of bottling up emotions:
1. Art 🎨🖌️🖼️🎭
I’m placing art first because creative expression truly helps with processing emotions and resolving inner struggles. For me, writing is my savior — it’s a way of living, understanding, and healing. When I don’t feel like talking to friends or family but feel like I might explode inside, I write. I write everything. The paper is patient. When you write honestly about your feelings, you spill out the emotional weight — and in doing so, you create space to heal.
2. Sport ⚽️🏀🎾🏸🚴♀️🏊
Jogging, hiking, or any physical activity can do wonders — not just for your body, but also for your mind. Movement helps release pressure and brings clarity. You’ll feel more energized and emotionally balanced.
3. Social Events🎤🧩🚏💡
Whether in person or online, meeting and talking to different people opens your mind and heart. It reminds you that you're not alone — and that connection itself has a healing power.
4. Sharing Your Feelings 🗣️🎙️
Talk to a friend, a family member, or a therapist. Try to open up to someone you trust. (And if you don’t have someone right now — feel free to message me privately. You’re not alone.)
5. Travel ✈️🚗🌅🗺️⛵️
Organize small trips — within your city, to a nearby town, or even abroad. Changing your environment and learning about new cultures helps release emotional tension and brings a fresh, renewed perspective.
🌊 A Final Thought
🫧 I know that on your journey of healing, you may put on a brave face, taking everything into your own hands so you don't worry others. But when feelings are swallowed, they don’t disappear — they stay stuck, often in your throat, like something you can’t quite say or release.
🫧 You don’t need to carry all that emotional baggage alone. You don’t have to heal wounds that don’t bleed without help. You are not alone.
🫧 Sometimes, bottling feelings feels like a storm raging inside — a storm you can’t explain to anyone. But trust me: even the biggest storm can pass when you begin to release what you've held inside.
🌸These suggestions helped me, and I hope they’ll be a starting point for someone else too.🌸
The only thing after the end, the completion of something, is the “death”, that is a fact, but don’t forget that after every end, begins new chapter and circle of life. 😉
Let’s talk about the glow down. When we glow dawn? It’s simple:
1. When you are against your true self - you stopped chasing your dreams, goals and truths.
2. When you have a really disturbing toxic environment of “friends “, colleagues and family
3. When you sit in front mirror and you don’t like yourself, you have self doubt and your spark is away.
Your main task in this situation is to identify the problem, heal the painful memories, and begin truly loving yourself. It's time to resolve what’s holding you back and remove anything that dims your light.✨✨✨
The journey of creation is long and hard. It has a price - your time, effort and dedication in what you are choosing to accomplish and achieve.
✈🧳🚢 Traveling ✈🧳🚢
Do you have a passion for travel? I do. I love discovering new destinations—but I also carry a psychological fear of flying. The last time I flew, I was with a friend. When we landed, I looked around and said, “What a beautiful place. I think I could live here forever.” At that moment, it felt like staying was my only option—I was so scared in the air.
My friend is a passionate traveler. She’s been to so many places, while I’ve often held myself back, afraid of everything that could go wrong. But this time, I’m determined to do things differently. My heart and soul are speaking to me—loudly—telling me I have to go. I have to experience more of the world.
Here’s my new approach to traveling:
Do some research. Learn the basics—local customs, safety tips, public transportation, and essential travel hacks—before booking the trip.
Choose a destination. Decide where you want to go and what you want to see—museums, theaters, parks, monuments, city streets, bars, cafés, even nearby towns. Soak it all in.
Book a cozy and safe place. Find a mid-range Airbnb where you feel comfortable and secure, without breaking the bank.
Be the main character. Wherever you go, own it. Shine. Be whoever you want to be. No one knows your story—this is your chance to live freely.
Eat well. Try local food—whether it’s street food or a fancy restaurant. Go where the locals go.
Have fun. Dance, sing, laugh. Make new friends if you can. Create memories you’ll look back on with joy and gratitude.
Explore nearby villages. Find cute places you can reach by train, bus, or metro. Take pictures—even the blurry or “ugly” ones. Keep them all. Each holds a unique kind of energy and memory.
Traveling is freedom. It’s a way of seeing life beyond your own world—outside your culture. You see how people live, what their daily routines look like, what they love, what they don’t. There’s something deeply moving and inspiring in simply hearing people speak in their own language—even if you don’t understand a word. It’s beautiful.
I won’t hide the truth: there are two main reasons I love traveling, despite my fear of flying and the exhaustion of long trips. First—the people. I love observing daily life—how people rush to work, how they unwind, how they sip wine, ouzo, or whiskey late at night, relaxing after a long day. Second—the beauty of places. The streets, the buildings, the monuments.
For me, travel is about falling in love—with people, places, and the diversity of life that exists in this world.
What about you? What are your fears? What are your favorite destinations? And what inspires you to travel—whether abroad or within your own country?
🌷How to Be Feminine🌷
Hello, my gorgeous ladies! Today, I am going to share with you my top seven girly tricks on how to be more feminine and connect with your femininity.
First and foremost, many of us are aware that we live in strange times where more and more women carry a strong masculine energy and struggle to embrace their feminine side. I deeply believe that women are sensitive, fragile, and profoundly emotional creatures, and that is something truly beautiful and magical. Connecting with your feminine side is natural—like the roots of a tree. We can always awaken our femininity because we are naturally born with it.
Nowadays, many women try to appear strong, independent, and self-reliant, and I completely understand that—I am a woman too. However, embracing your femininity doesn’t mean giving up your strength. So, here are my top seven pieces of advice that I believe are both girly and feminine:
Have a Beautiful Scent 🌷🌸🪷🪻 For example, I have two favorite scents: vanilla and cherry. Every time I take a shower, I use a vanilla- or cherry-scented body wash, scrub, cream, oil, and perfume. I believe that having a lovely body scent makes you feel and perceive yourself differently—it’s something incredibly girly and sweet.
Go for a “Natural Makeup” Look 💄💋 You’ve probably seen all those YouTube tutorials where beautiful girls demonstrate how to achieve the “no-makeup” makeup look. I find this very feminine. Personally, I have struggled with acne and scars, so I always apply a little makeup to cover my imperfections. However, my favorite type of makeup is the one that enhances natural beauty without looking cakey or excessive.
Dress Classy and Elegant 👗👛 I absolutely love dresses and midi skirts. I believe they are both feminine and comfortable. I also promised myself to incorporate more colorful pieces into my wardrobe and reduce the amount of black and gray clothing. My personal advice? Be colorful and embrace vibrant shades!
Take Care of Your Hair 💇♀️ Over the years, I have experimented with different hairstyles, but one thing I have learned is that it doesn’t matter if your hair is short, medium, or long—what truly matters is that it looks healthy and well-maintained. A woman who takes care of herself with love and consistency exudes true femininity.
Keep Your Nails Neat 💅 Having well-maintained nails is essential. Whether you prefer nail art or a simple manicure, clean and moisturized hands always look elegant. I speak from experience—as someone involved in agricultural work during spring and summer, I know firsthand that even when your job involves dirt, self-care is still important. You deserve it!
Take Care of Your Mental and Emotional Health 🍀 In today’s fast-paced world, women are prone to stress and emotional overwhelm. Taking care of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being is a must. You can relieve stress through exercise, nature walks, reading, or any activity that brings you joy. Personally, I believe that spending time outdoors in nature is the best healer.
Engage in Art 💃✍️🧘♀️🏊♀️ Some might say, “I am not an artistic person.” But that’s just limiting yourself! There are so many forms of art. While some activities require talent, remember that the main purpose of art is to relax and have fun. If you want to paint, do it for enjoyment. If you want to dance, then dance! Embrace creativity in any way that feels right for you.
🌷Every woman is beautiful. We are all unique because of our different life stories and experiences. However, I believe that what I have shared with you can help you reconnect with your inner girl while embracing your mature self. Be beautiful, be yourself, and always take care of yourself in all aspects—because you deserve it!🌷
You know people change, opportunities change, paths change and you have to change also. If you don’t evolve you are risking to stay stuck forever with your past appearance, ideas and thoughts.💭
How much time do you spend on social media or leisure activities?
Have you ever wondered if social media is quietly contributing to your procrastination, lack of motivation, or even feelings of depression? Take a moment to reflect on your daily life. What does your routine look like? Maybe you work, study, or run a business. Perhaps you're searching for a job or exploring new paths.
Now, imagine living in today’s world without social media.
I recently read a book about self-discovery, and one chapter posed an interesting question:
“What would you do for one week if there were no social media or global connection? How would you spend your days?”
I found this question both challenging and eye-opening.
So, I pass that challenge to you. How would your week unfold without scrolling, liking, or posting? Would you pick up a hobby, reconnect with nature, or dive into something you’ve been putting off?
Take a moment to reflect—what would your answer be?
Hi, guys 👋
I want to share with you my vision board and board of romantic live experience that I truly believe that I am going to receive in this lifetime.
Remember, along with your vision board with pictures of Pinterest, please make a board or a folder in your phone where you will save all year pictures of your key moments of fulfilling your goals.
Reality can be slightly different from your firstly created vision board, but in the end of the year you will see how much did you create in your life for 365 days.
Something that I am fighting all my life is the fear of failure, dislike and what other people will say about my choices.
I am determined to change that and start living my life refreshed and renewed.
With this post I am challenging you to think what do you want, what are the things that your soul is craving to have and achieve. What are the things that no longer serve you and what are the qualities that you have to develop in order to approach your goals.
Good luck! 🤞🏻
💙 Someone Who 💙:
Calls me beautiful every day.
Makes me feel safe and secure.
Enjoys slow mornings and embraces slow living with me.
Deeply cares about how I feel.
Listens to me with genuine attention.
Remembers the little things I say.
Supports me in day-to-day life and helps around the house.
Respects my feelings, boundaries, and body.
Will be a loving husband and a great father.
Has a passion for travel and appreciates different cultures.
Encourages and supports my passions and talents.
🔵 In return, I offer the same. I will be supportive, a good listener, and a true friend.
🔵 The qualities I seek are ones I already embody. Settling for the bare minimum isn’t an option—because love, respect, and care should flow both ways.
🎁New Ways of Thinking🎁
“New Year, New Me.” That’s the idea, right?
Start by reflecting on your habits —the good ones you want to keep and the bad ones you want to let go of. Once you’ve done that, make a list of new habits you want to introduce into your daily life.
Let me share a story with you. I used to struggle with really bad acne. No matter what I did for my skin, it only got worse. I researched countless beauty brands, read reviews from influencers, and tried every trending product, but nothing worked. In fact, my skin became even more inflamed.
Today, my skin is clear. And the reason isn’t a miracle product—it was a combination of seeing a good dermatologist, using the right skincare routine, and changing the way I lived.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but stress, excessive social media consumption, poor diet, and a sedentary lifestyle were affecting my skin. The acne was just a symptom of deeper issues I hadn’t addressed.
If you’re currently struggling in any area of your life—whether it’s physical health, mental well-being, or emotional balance—take this as your sign to pay attention. Your mind and body are constantly sending signals. Take care of them. Seek solutions, even if it takes time.
It took me a year to heal my skin, but now I’ve built healthy habits and learned how to maintain my skin barrier. More importantly, I gained clarity about what my body needs to thrive.
As you enter 2025, reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. Strengthen what you’re already good at and work to transform your weaknesses into advantages.
Your growth starts with awareness—and one step at a time, you’ll build a better version of yourself.
Do You Have a New Year Ritual?
Until now, I personally didn’t have one. But for 2025, I’m more determined to make the year meaningful. I’ve set core goals and committed to taking small steps every day— even when the results aren’t immediate. Every path leads somewhere, right?
I’m the kind of person who worries about the future and tries to plan life one or two steps ahead. For many, 2024 felt harsh and fruitless, but I believe it was preparing us for something better—something we can achieve and be proud of.
As I mentioned, I love organizing. Structure makes me feel calm and secure. I’d like to share a few habits I’ve developed over the past six months that might help you bring more order and purpose to your routine in 2025.
How to Structure Your Routine for 2025:
Create a Vision Board – Visualize your goals and aspirations. Seeing them daily helps keep you focused and inspired.
Track Your Achievements – Write down and celebrate even the smallest wins. Pin them in your notes as reminders of your progress.
Clarify Your Desires – Be specific about what you want to manifest in the next 365 days. Write it all down.
Focus on Three Key Areas – Feed your mind with positive and helpful information, take care of your body, and always stay true to who you are.
Declutter Your Space – Gift yourself a clean, organized home to start the New Year with fresh energy and clarity.
Your goals can only be achieved if you take action. Sometimes, the right opportunities aren’t immediately available, but remember—everything has a beginning and an end. Trust that the right moment will come, and be ready to seize it when it does.
🌟 Here’s to a more structured, intentional, and fulfilling 2025! ✨

✨ What’s on Your Vision Board? ✨
Do you have a vision board? If not, you should absolutely set aside some time to create one. A vision board is a powerful tool to visualize and manifest the life you want. It’s important to be intentional about what you include on your board—after all, it reflects the reality you wish to create.
How to Start:
Visit Canva or any other design platform and choose a vision board template that speaks to you.
Head over to Pinterest for inspiration and start searching with relevant keywords to gather images, quotes, and ideas.
What to Include:
Your vision board should feature everything you aspire to have, accomplish, and achieve. Here are some suggestions:
Relationships – A loving, supportive relationship with your partner or loved ones.
Business Partnerships – Positive and fruitful collaborations.
Career Goals – Contracts, promotions, or your dream job.
Travel – Destinations you want to visit, from exotic beaches to bustling cities.
Dream Home – Your ideal living space, whether it’s a cozy cottage or a modern mansion.
Dream Car – That vehicle you’ve always wanted to drive.
✨When you gather all your aspirations into one cohesive image, it becomes easier to focus on them and take actionable steps toward making them a reality.✨
