Help a foreign girl!

Hi, my name is Bruna and I’m a Brazilian girl planning to move to Seattle.

My husband is American and wants to go back to his country, but I just don’t know how the education system works in USA! And since my husband grew up here in Brazil, neither does he!

I’m feeling really lost because I want to have a degree, but I just don’t know how things work. What’s a GPA? Majors and Minors? How the Hell do I even get into College anyway? Is there a test? I don’t know!

Day 2 of 100 Tive um dia bastante corrido e achei que não conseguiria chegar nem perto das minhas metas. Ir a uma consulta médica bem no meio da tarde consumiu muito do meu tempo e quase deixei de estudar por preguicinha, mas fui em frente e consegui atingir minhas metas de Inglês e Italiano. Estou orgulhosa de mim mesma por ter tido disciplina o suficiente para estudar ao invés de procrastinar. Pouco a pouco vamos mudando velhos hábitos. Fico feliz por ter um dia extremamente produtivo e por estar me encaixando aos poucos nos novos hábitos e rotina que venho estabelecendo para mim mesma, para que esse ano seja diferente da bagunça que venho vivendo.

20.03.2017 (1/100 dias de produtividade) Estudar tanto e tentar conciliar a faculdade com o projeto para o TJSP tem me desgastado muito, e muitas vezes na tentativa defazer tudo e manter tudo em dia acabo me esquecendo de descansar. Ontem (20.03) meu corpo deu um jeito de me fazer parar, pelo menos um pouco, me acordando com uma enxaqueca fenomenal. Acabei não indo à aula, e aproveitei o dia de folga inesperado para me organizar melhor. Fiz um planejamento semanal baseado no que o @theorganisedstudent fornece, e no final do dia aproveitei para estudar um pouco das Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justiça de São Paulo, para meu projeto do TJSP, preparando as fichas dos artigos, para estudos futuros. No final do dia revisei meu trabalho enquanto tomava uma sopa maravilhosa de legumes e carne.
