for commissioning Saren Quinn (formerly Alana Macalos), owner and sole proprietor of Lupinaria Productions, henceforth referred to as “the artist.”
All pricing is in USD and through Paypal invoices. Prices are for digital art files only (PNG and JPEG). Commissions totaling $45 or more are required to pay half upfront as a non-refundable deposit.
Up to three initial sketches are included. Additional revisions at the sketch stage cost extra. Revisions past the sketch stage will accrue a higher cost the further along the artist is in completing the work.
Work will have varying updates throughout the process depending on complexity such as gestures, lines, colors, etc.
Refunds shall not exceed half of the total price of the work and are determined on a case by case basis by the artist.
The artist retains the rights of the work itself and ability to post on their social media/website for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Commissions are for personal use only and do not include the right to reproduce or sell the work. Use for social media, such as YouTube, Twitch, etc, is acceptable. NFTs are not.
Work will be completed in the order of which it was received. Rush orders will incur additional costs.
The artist is open to drawing:
OCs (references highly preferred)
Real people (with their permission)
Adult characters in romantic/sexual situations (discussion required as to what level of depiction)
The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission based on content which includes but is not limited to:
Hateful imagery (including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.)
Anything involving underage people that makes the artist wary
Characters from franchises where the creators have requested that outside parties not attempt to profit off their intellectual properties (i.e. The Adventure Zone, Undertale, etc.)
