Outback! Had a 25$ gift card and the boyfriend paid the difference, oh yeah!
Got some chicken with MOTHAFUCKIN' WANG SAUCE and some fancy ass mac 'n' cheese with Gouda and a crumble topping. Also a bloomin' onion that is not pictured BECAUSE we devoured most of it by that point 😆

Spinach salad w. Pine nuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and balsamic dressing.
My Dewey’s impersonation salad. Trying to eat both healthier and fancier. I love this salad from Dewey's but I wanted to make a cheaper one. The salad part was easy but the dressing I knew would be difficult. BUT! I found a recipe for the delicious balsamic dressing. My momma helped me make it (and supplied most of the ingredients because she's ducking awesome). It tastes so close! So gooood! Can’t wait for this lunch tomorrow at work! 😃

Trying to be better, I feel better, it's going pretty well. Only thing I did different here is put some of this new peanut butter on it (Krema PB). Pretty freakin' good I must say.

This mornings breakfast. I do try. I think I make fancy looking little meals (and granola is like SUPA easy to make).
Toast with guacamole, scrambled egg, zucchini and black beans topped with a little mozzarella cheese.
Had breakfast kinda late today (it's my day off and I wanted to sleep in and then do my oil pulling before breakfast so I didn't eat until about 11). So I decided to have a decent sized one and just have a light lunch.
This is what I made. It was good. Gave me energy to clean the kitchen, take out the trash, and vacuumed the floor before I worked out. Waaaaaaaay better day off than last Wednesday. For sure.
I love peanut butter. Nuff said.

Tried a recipe I found in an OLD issue of Family Circle in the breakroom at work (yes, I take the recipes from Family Circle and Woman's Day, don't make fun of me. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK!).
It's supposed to be a meal to help fill you up (it's intended as breakfast but I had t for lung because I DO WHAT I WANT, SON!). I wasn't sure about it and expected to not like it but it was actually pretty tasty. And also quite healthy to boot! 🍳

Holy Fucking Shit those potatoes were soooooooooo good! Just cooked 'em on 400 for about 20-35 minutes. But man they were delicious and I gobbled those bitch up!

Roasted asparagus, cauliflower & zucchini.
I roast veggies. I'm slowly trying to teach myself how to cook, starting with vegetables because they're easy.
Everything here simply has sea salt, pepper, and olive oil sprinkled/drizzled on. Except for the cauliflower which was a bit more challenging (still really not much more work). It's coated in smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Everything nice and tender but still with a bit of a crunch. Oh yeah!
General Tso’s chicken.
Had a hankering for Chinese all last week (specifically olde General T after I watched that documentary on finding General Tso), so after two days of pizza and a night of moderate drinking and went and finally myself some.
Two words: so good.
Ate waaaaaay too much but still, it was gooood!
