found the building plan that kind of matches Ash's home ⠀that was hard af, 'cause i'm only familiar with post-soviet 9-story's, while his is like hight-rise, and seemingly not the tower with very few appartments per floor (like in most of plans the internet gave me) but more wide building like that of humant hill type

also went to NUKEMAP for obvious reasons, there i first heard about "multi-story concrete building" btw (didn't know that this is how it's called in eng)

then found a (really cool) Designing Buildings wiki to learn about buildings topic in general (a bit)

ah yes, and in need of destruction refs i came back to look through those current war's news footages that i've been avoiding all these 4 years. . . that was the hardest part, sincerely

lately i've been having intense and weird lucid dreams again...

tonight one of dream's part was about TEIN, i was like, playing the game or rather a mod where was the "pre-ending cutscene" (twice, i was replaying the moment)

cutscene started with Overlaystheglow overlay. then bricks started moving to the center of screen combining into white glow horizontal line. out of that glow with closed eyes a dark figure of Ash rose, slowly. as he opened the eye(s) a bright flash covered the screen, then faded revealing the moment i've drawn here. very deformed and constantly changing Ash was 'flying' fast to the right, stretshing in movement, in some portal-transitional-tunnel-dimension (camera locked on him and bg moving to left). bones of limbs on red part of the body turned into some spider-ly legs, his missing eye was appaering and dublicating arond the body, along with the Mother's eyes (mostly on the normal part, black). other features like mouth & exposed bones, except for one big eye placed in the middle of two parts, were also chaotically moving and changing around. Ash kind of felt all that, but not like agony, rather strong "AaaGDAAASAA WTFuuu--" sensory disorientation. he was chaotically jerking and looking around, trying to scream, but only to get distorted sound that would be gone in the accompanying sounds of metamorphoses. after the climax, things are back to normal and Ash finds himself in a dark 'ending area'

i'm total zero in JavaScript so whenever it comes to code in web stuff i feel like an idiot

but now, in AI era, i feel like... HAPPY IDIOT!!

the eye from vid was coded by Copilot on my prompts it's not done yet, i'm just super happy i managed to do this simple thingy

i'm not that stupid as i was at around 11, so i can read and understand in general terms the code i've never seen (if things are named adequately ofc) and via trial and error i can successfully modify it somewhat. but i don't wanna learn it just to use like, once in 6 months. and i don't like asking others for help, because, welp-

my main problem is explaining i always start to explain things in a very detailed yet difficult manner

so here it comes to why dealing with AI turned out to be easier for me than with humans: there's no 'human factor' of emotions, impatience, language (ENG/other) or simple reluctance affecting performance

it only takes for me a few tries (and browser restarts) to get how to explain the thing, whilst a person would lost patience to listen/trying to comprehend after like, second or even first try

yeah i just hate it when instead of technical moments i have to worry about my fucking 'emotional portrait' or idk other general emotional things of communication. i don't wanna be 'humans manager' ever again i'm bad at it

i tried different sizes, color models and formats for it (under the cut)

best results in my opinion are from 160x90px JPGs in grayscale

GIF corruption is like tv bad signal, it shifts pexels

PNG isnt interesting at all, sadly (ibis v.5.5.5 creates cooler glitch when interrupted file export)

btw in file thumbnail corruption looks completely different from that in full-size viewed file

and yeah these things didnt want to upload so i had to re-save them in classic MS Paint some didnt even want to open in image viewer / ms paint / photoshop

finally realized how to export this thing adequately

ㅤat first there was problem with colors, RGB black (#000000) for some reason was still CMYK black (i copy-pasted skull from cmyk doc to rgb doc) ㅤthen it took a lil while to exclude skull shadow lines from wings lines

but now i learned how to deal with such things
