slightly relevant side-bar– Every time I’ve drifted from friendships and platforms like this I end up psyching myself out when I want to re-engage. the whole ‘it’s been too long you can’t reply to that anymore’ head space gets to me and that irrational anxiety makes me feel like I shouldn’t engage at all even when I know better!so i want that to change and i’m going to try a lot harder to acknowledge the silly irrationalities as they come and be a better … not .. . ghosting-prone friend.
