Let’s start with Reiner!
He’s my Sole Survivor! Reiner was Nora’s little brother, he moved in after Nate was drafted and Shaun was born. He wasn’t really doing anything spectacular, he worked at the local Denny’s and took care of Shaun while Nora worked. They were signed up for the vault because of Nates position in the military.
He represseses A LOT and tries to be as jokey and happy as he can. He has no qualms about killing people who he deems as dangerous and will deflect any comment about him being cold to “bad guys”. He buried Nora’s wedding ring in their garden. He works with the minute men for a couple of years and it really helps him with learning about post-war America and he comes to terms with the commonwealth being the present and how importing is to fight for the good of the world. Eventually he and Preston parts ways and he finally starts his search for Shaun. He sides with the railroad, always trying to do the best he can.

Conan
He’s my Lone Wanderer! He was raised in the wasteland till he was around seven. Catherine died while giving birth to his little brother, Pierce.
The vault was a lot different than the capital wasteland. Different rules and expectations. The air was stale and there were no big bodies of water. Him and Amata were good kids. They were quiet, they got good grades and never caused a scene. She was a good wing woman, She and Conan pretended to date while him and Butch snuck around.
After him and Pierce left the vault they jumped around, from Megaton, to GNR to River City till they were allowed to stay in the Citadel. Conan did his best to keep Pierce safe, leaving him wherever they were staying while he went out into the wasteland. Even if it meant he didn’t see him for a couple weeks at a time.
Fawkes wanted to activate the purifier but Conan has locked himself in there before Fawkes could go in. His dad had started the whole mess and he would end it. (I haven’t actually finished fo3 lmao)

Anderson Barr
Andy grew up in Nipton but left for New Vegas as a courier at 14. He used to listen to Big Iron on loop and when his sister joined the NCR he wanted to meet a Ranger because he thought it would be like the ‘Arizona Ranger’
He took the Courier job without his moms permission. It was only supposed to be a couple of days. The legion took over Nipton right after Benny shot him. Things really started moving after he got to freeside. He found Arcade and spent a lot of time with the followers and finding money for a way onto the strip. He tries his best to make the right choices. He’s sometimes bitter and sometimes he’s too optimistic but he’ll help anyone in need and (mostly) won’t complain.
Lonesome road really took a toll on him. He left without arcade or Rex knowing. It took him two months to make it to the end and several times he almost gave up. H learned that his father had detonated the warheads and apparently Ulyssess thought they were the same person. He was more tired after he returned to the Mojave. He cried when he saw his friends but after a week he was more determined than ever to end the war before it fully began.

Pierce
Pierce is the Nuka-World overboss!!
He was always a handful, even in the vault he would be as difficult as possible. When they left the vault he would always try to follow Conan to wherever he was going, always getting caught. Getting sent to the Citadel didn’t do much but it did teach him the survival skills he lacked. Him and Arthur Maxson got very close even thought he didn’t he or the same hatred towards non-humans.
After Conan died Pierce really lost control. He started using Chems, mostly Jet and Steady (yeah I know steady isn’t in fo4 but shh). These followed him onto the Prydwyn when Maxson offered to bring him to the commonwealth as his right hand. When they got there Pierce really saw what Maxson had become and be deserted and fled to Nuka-World.
Becoming Overboss made him power hungry. He was an effective if not brutal leader, killing anyone who opposed him. His commonwealth settlements were steady and they a vicious group.
