I say it all the time but Regis is such a great character to have in the Khans like every other group say the Khans are lawless thugs who are big and mean and scary and you show up to Red Rock and one of the first dudes you talk to is this extremely sensible and calm lawman who is quite firm with you but not at all unreasonable and I think it should really be the first time you are like huh maybe the NCR doesn't tell the whole truth about these guys
