Here to stalk my fav ships, see some great art, read the fanfic, and see funny stuff. Mostly Geraskier, Dreamling, Bagginshield, Steddie, Sterek, Steter, Bloodymary
Now this may be a niche category for fics, but I know if any exist you’d be the one to ask. Do you know any where Derek dies, but gets brought back? Double points if he’s messed up somehow after the whole ordeal? Even if you can’t I just wanna say how much I love your fics!
thank you! Idk if you wanted like a TW movie fix-it, or just some good ol' resurrections, or both, but here's what I found (though no bonus points for me 😭 stereks, that's something to think about!)
Do you have a 100 words for me? ('Cause I have only three)
“THAT IS MY CHILD.” Stiles roared to the receiver.
Stiles’ roar echoed in his own ears as he slammed his fist down on the desk, rattling everything on it. He immediately glanced at Eli, making sure the noise hadn’t disturbed him. The kid barely stirred, his small frame bundled up in blankets on the couch. Stiles took a deep breath, lowering his voice but not his intensity.
“You don’t get to decide that, Scott,” he hissed into the phone. “You don’t get to decide what’s best for my kid. That’s my job. And if you think for a second that leaving him out there to fend for himself was somehow a better option than calling me, you’re even more deluded than I thought.”

After Derek's death Eli struggles with his control over the wolf. Scott and Allison was too busy playing house to help him. So he makes a quick decision to find his other dad. He heard he was magic. Maybe he could help him. Maybe he could bring his dad back.
This fic is finished... I just add bonus chapters every now and then 😊❤️

In the middle of the night, his dad comes into the room and crawls onto the bed behind him, easing Stiles into the vee of his legs. He settles back against the headboard with a groan and doesn’t say anything for a long time. Stiles wraps his arms around one of his dad’s legs, presses his cheek to warm flannel, and tries to be still.
“Oh, kid,” his dad exhales. His hand comes down on the side of Stiles’ neck and his fingers press gently. “I never wanted you to know this pain.”
(Or, Derek dies. Stiles reacts Badly.)
Follow the Smoke Home by beekayem
Devastated by the second coming of the Nogitsune, Eli Hale takes his desperation in hand and calls upon a business card for Spark Supernatural Consultancy in the hopes that someone will be able to help him. When he follows the smoke deeper into the preserve, he finds more than he bargained for and begins to think maybe, just maybe, things might work out.
"Kid’s a wolf", was the first thing to cross Stiles’ mind after he tugged the door open and was closely followed up by a second more confused thought that he knew this kid somehow.
Rather than question it, he chose to step aside and open the door wider to his young guest. Because he was young. No older than eighteen at the most, maybe younger. Not the youngest client who’d found their way to his front porch - that honor had gone to the six year old selkie who had, under the guidance of her foster mother, called him to her in search of her skin that had been so cruelly torn from her by hunters.
Youngest wolf by far however. Usually the alphas were too protective to allow any of the pack to request his services, and this went double for kids.
The Sound of Silence by Asterekmess (Livinginfictions)
Everyone is so sure Derek is dead, but Stiles can't accept it. Not when there are so many loose ends.
Hold the Door by Hatteress (somewhatstacey), maichan808 (maichan)
When Derek is killed by a rival alpha, the pack will stop at nothing to get him back. Even if that means blackmailing the most dangerous hunter duo this side of hell. Whatever. That whole devil thing was probably totally exaggerated, anyway.
christabel by Petr1chor
“Peter?” Stiles said, too shocked to keep it out of his voice, “Why are you calling?”
Peter sighed on the other end, genuine in a way Peter rarely was. “I thought you would want to know.”
“Know what?”
“About Derek.”
“Peter, I’m too old for your cryptic shit. Either spit it out or I’m hanging up.”
“Stiles,” Peter said, his voice shaky, somehow, “Derek is dead.”
Stiles had a phone in his hand, a shattered mug, a puddle of coffee and what might be a first degree burn on his foot.
“Stiles? Are you still there?” Peter’s voice sounded fuzzy when his phone wasn’t pressed against his ear. Without response, he hit end call.
Derek is dead.

Stiles goes back to Beacon Hills for Derek's funeral, but Derek isn't as dead as they assumed
i thought that was just a myth by lookingforatardis
When Stiles gets the call, he doesn't hesitate. There has to be a way to save Derek - he knows it in his gut. When the research points to one answer, Stiles has to hope that his gut is right, that it's always been right, and that Derek feels the same. Because if he does, then Stiles has a chance to save him.
A terrifying chance that requires Stiles not look at Derek once, but it's a chance nevertheless.
or, the orpheus and eurydice Teen Wolf The Movie Fix It Fic exactly one person asked for, that somehow turned into this sappy, angsty, true mates fix it that I adore
But I'm Gonna Love You Anyhow by Hella_Meyers
It didn't feel real. It couldn't be possible. The news sent Stiles falling to his knees. But in the retelling of the story, he realized one crucial mistake. Never underestimate the Nogitsune. And never make plans without consulting Stiles. Now he had to go and fix everything.
Resurrection by Amethystina
Derek hadn't planned to die, least of all when he had finally started to acknowledge the growing attraction he felt for Stiles — an attraction he knew was mutual. But die he did, his soul ending up in Purgatory just like he had been told that it would. Despite this he felt unable to let go. He couldn't forget the life he had left behind — his hopes for the future.
So when the opportunity presents itself for Derek to return to the land of the living, he takes it, heedless of the rules he might be breaking. Even partnering with a hunter seems like a small price to pay.
Dean Winchester can get Derek out of Purgatory and back to Stiles. Derek's willing to take that chance.

Stiles doesn’t go home right away.
The urge is there—when he answers the phone to Lydia’s shaking voice, when he gets the text from his dad, when he stares out at the sun glowing soft peach and golden over the buildings in D.C. and he thinks about Derek never seeing another sunrise. It’s there weeks later when he gets a check from the Estate of Derek Hale, when he crumples it up and throws it in the trash, when he fishes it out an hour later and tries to salvage it by weighing it down with a book from the Hale vault.
It’s there, it’s there, it’s there.
Stiles doesn’t listen to it.
Because Stiles isn’t going back to Beacon Hills to say goodbye.
Save Him From Himself by Hisvoicebrokemyheart
Eli pulled out the strip of paper the Sheriff tucked in his hand every night since he drove him to LA to stay with Scott and Allison. The only thing printed on it was a ten-digit phone number. When he searched the number, all the returns were work profiles for Stiles Stilinski. Eli didn't feel like he knew much of anything since he watched his dad die, but he needed something to go his way. Maybe whatever that was would be on the other end of the line.

In the Name of Love by ReginaNocis
Stiles was two weeks into the FBI academy semester that he’d promised to teach; instructing young students how to go about damage control- how to put out fires, in a sense. That’s what his course was called: Putting Out Fires for Beginners. He’d been calling his son every night, and he had a constant stream of texts with both Derek and his father. Even Melissa had checked in with him once. They all knew how hard it was for him to be away from his family.
He’d gotten the sense that something was wrong early that morning, but he pushed it to the back of his mind. Derek would have told him if something was wrong, he was sure of it. That feeling wouldn’t quite leave him alone, though, and he was on edge through his classes that whole day. Just as he was about to dismiss his last class, his phone lit up with the last name he expected to see: Creeperwolf (Peter).

In which Stiles finds out about the Nogitsune just a little bit too late, and shows up to fix everything. Because we deserve a happy ending.

Eli feels lost and has seemingly nowhere to turn. Until a stranger knocks on his car window and demands to know how he got his car!
Imagine Geralt asking Jaskier the first year they travel together where he’s going for the winter, and Jaskier says Oxenfurt to be a guest lecturer, and Geralt just hmmms and then never asks him again, assuming that’s where he goes each winter.
But two years later, Jaskier’s father dies in December, and Jaskier becomes the viscount. So he goes home to Lettenhove each winter to do all the work that he can’t foist off on advisors, cramming in twelve months of work into three as best he can.
Except the next year, on his way home, he comes across an unfamiliar Witcher with a familiar medallion that’s injured and won’t be able to make it to Kaer Morhen this winter before the first storm hits. So he explains he’s a viscount and that the Witcher can stay at his manor for the winter, but doesn’t mention knowing Geralt because how awkward would that be, if Geralt hadn’t mentioned him? No no, much better to just act like a rich pompous noble helping out a Witcher on a whim.
So Lambert begrudgingly spends the winter training with the knights of Lettenhove, and while he never actually gets the viscount’s name, he finds that all the knights have animal nicknames, and that the viscount has been gifted the name ‘deer’ for his swiftness and fondness for flight over fight. And Lambert thinks the name is hilarious, so when the viscount gets dragged by childhood friends to train occasionally, he finds great pleasure in the way the pretty boy scowls every time he is referred to as such by the witcher.
And Lambert tells Aiden what happened, so when two winters later a poisoned Aiden gets approached by the viscount after being driven out by a nearby town, he easily accepts the offer to lounge about all winter in a luxurious room. He is plied with all manner of comforts with nothing being expected of him in return, except perhaps the sharing of a few stories of his fights on the Path, which he is happy to part with. And in the back of his mind, he thinks he could get used to this far too easily, being spoiled and waited on hand and foot.
The pattern continues over the years as word spreads about the safety the viscount provides. Letho finds himself dragged into a toasty bed when he’s worried about freezing one year, the snow coming unseasonably early. Coën doesn’t have the coin one year to make it to anywhere safe for the winter, and spends the season talking with and helping Jaskier’s butler, who has known the ‘young master’ since he was quite little. And Eskel, well, he gets knocked out after killing a bruxa and wakes up in a resplendent manor. He interacts with the viscount some, but spends many of his days in the library with Priscilla, who decided to visit that year, and simply calls the viscount ‘Jul’.
And Jaskier, throughout all this, never actually introduces himself as anything other than the viscount of lettenhove, partly because he forgets and partly because he doesn’t particularly like going by Julian, though he allows those on the estate to use the name for their ease.
So when sixteen years after Geralt first starts traveling with the bard, he decides to bring him to Kaer Morhen for the first time, both are shocked at the amount of Witchers that happen to be at the keep this year, including three wolves, a cat, a viper, and a griffon.
But that’s nothing compared to the way Geralt’s jaw practically hits the floor when he goes to introduce the bard, only for everyone except Vesemir to recognize the man already, and let out shouts of:
“Deer!”
“Sugar Daddy!”
“Bed warmer!”
“Master!”
“Jewel!”
Which ends in Geralt asking more questions in one evening than he has in the past decade.
I watched Iron Lung again tonight in the comfort of my home and my dog must've been watching with me cause as soon as bad things started happening to Simon she started crying. In the scene where he ultimately dies she could not stop crying at me. I am now watching him play the Henry Stickman collection so she can see that A.) He's not dead and B.) He's not in distress. Occasionally he'll whine or hum in discontent about something and my dog will look at me and whine to try and get me to fix whatever is distressing Markiplier.
His hand was warm, fingers trailing through his hair. Then again, it was always warm.
“It’s getting long again,” Derek murmured softly.
“Is that a problem?”
“An observation.”
There was a comfort in his voice, soft and relaxed. It made Stiles’ heart lighter every time he thought of how much it took to get here. How many nights were filled with pain and struggle and nightmares.
“Will you shave it for me?” asked Stiles as he tapped his fingers against his chest.
“If you want, but not right now.”
Stiles smiled in agreement, barely moving at all. “Not right now.”

Thinking about these two getting married as less of a belief in the institution of marriage and more a chance to visually staking a claim on each other in every single way that they can 💭💭
Which got me thinking about other ways to mark each other - particularly bites and tattoos (and tattoos of bites, in derek's case 😌)
Stiles' tattoo is inspired by mare.blk whose work was also the inspiration in this one (:
not to be an incredibly biased steter shipper, but peter slowly reaching out and grabbing stiles' forearm and bringing his wrist up to his mouth while stiles watches and asking him "yes or no?" with his mouth hovering inches away from his wrist is fr the most erotic scene in the entire show
I think that Elon Musk is an object lesson in moral philosophy.
Like, he's the epitome of self-interest; the closest thing real life can produce to a Randian hero. And by any reasonable standard, he's won at life! He's the richest man ever to live, and he's getting richer; he controls the channels of information and communication; the government of what remains the world's only superpower waits on his command. If capitalism had a victory condition, he would surely have achieved it. And yet...
He's empty. He's an absolute sucking void of neediness. His own children hate his guts. He pays professional gamers to run up impossibly high scores in every game under the sun because the pale glow of being praised by epic bacon chuds online is the closest thing that he can feel to love.
Like. I can't tell you what a soul is, but I think you neglect it at your peril.
#He has such a vile anti-personality that even CONVICTED PEDOPHILES thought him insufferable
He has such a vile anti-personality that his own children would rather forego half a trillion dollars in inheritance than maintain a relationship with him.
I never really thought about it until this tweet but I think Oates clocked him completely. He spends all day on Twitter posting and NEVER talks about anything he enjoys. He has an enormous family and infinite money and yet he seems entirely joyless.
