mack and will yearn for each other silently, but loudly at other times. my favorite moment of mack doing this is the heavy breath he takes in on the ice when he looks at will. my favorite thing ever.

another example of this is mostly the entirety of the cat and julie podcast. this is loudly.

it's also in the comments other's make. toff's comments, eky's, etc. (literally forgot everything they've ever said, help).

and mack always looking for will on the ice. sure, he looks for eky, misa, toff, cherny, etc. but it's mostly will, because he knows will knows where the puck is going.

the jersey swaps! the bc bu rivalry (from what i've heard) is serious. imagine leno and gabe looking at this. or aiden. or lane. macklin celebrini, bu superstar, walking into a game with bc superstar will smith's tarp on.

this one too! the way mack is just cheesing at will with his 'will smile'.

it's in the comments they make about each other too. will, who's played center his whole life, now identifying as a right winger because he gets to be on mack's line. what is hockey without playing with mack?

we see that proved in the days that warso moved him down to the fourth line.

it's not that will and mack need each other (don't get me wrong they do) but it's the fact that them playing together makes each other better. it doesn't distract them; it makes them better players (ex. no look passes).

it reflects on their relationship outside of hockey as well. the chemistry they have off the ice moves on ice, and vice versa.

whatever you do, don’t think about omega!will pretty beautiful mesmerizing omega will smith hockey always surrounded by at least two or three of his alpha groupies because he’s just that alluring. no one who knows him ever wants to let him go, charming everyone he meets into loving him like he put a spell on them, sweet and soft and yet so socially dominant and in the way that he has everybody wrapped around his finger because he’s just that beautiful and he knows how to use it. will who uses his omega status like a secret weapon, manipulating people into doing exactly what he wants. will who’s never alone for more than one second at a time, a social butterfly and an alpha magnet but not really giving anything in return, never choosing anyone forever but keeping a whole army of alphas willing to do anything for him

and then, don’t think about alpha!mack who is strong-willed and explosive and so so expressive and vulnerable and so honest in his affections but also incredibly unaccustomed to being around omegas especially beautiful ones and he can’t control how much his body and face and his whole self reacts to will smith the most beautiful omega to ever exist and how incredible he is at hockey. mack who’s so one-track-minded about hockey that he’s never really been bothered by the social aspects of his life or omegas or other alpha bullshit. who forgets about his status unless he needs it for anything hockey related, suddenly being completely obsessed and enamored with will smith and not being able to help himself with his clumsy affections when it comes to will, always a second away from baring his neck for him like he’s not the alpha in this.

mack being so completely helpless and at will’s mercy in a way that is so pure and honest that it sort of pierces right through will’s heart and then suddenly will also can’t help himself when it comes to mack. will who’s used his natural allure to manipulate his environment to bend to his will in a way that is so completely opposite to the way mack shows affection. will who’s been poison and deceit and manipulation where mack has been honesty and love and purity. will who’s used to seeing people want him in ways that are so impure and ugly and dirty feeling mack’s gaze like a breath of fresh air after months trapped in a basement or the breeze of the sea when the sun is setting
