lately I haven’t been feeling like myself and I don’t really know what to do. I’ve felt lost and out of touch with myself and kind of a shell of who I know I really am. anxiety, depression, inattention, and poor sleep have plagued me and I’m more behind in school than I have ever been. I spend every day exhausted from everything and just want to sleep on the couch with my cats.

I know I don’t post much or ever or anything but I needed an outlet.
