Neil doesnât like being touched in his sleep. but the very first thing he does when he wakes up is instinctively press his back against Andrewâs chest, already knowing Andrew is awake too. a heartbeat later, Andrewâs hand settles at Neilâs waist, quietly pulling him the rest of the way into his arms.
Real lmao
barty doesn't know whether he wants to be lily or be with lily he's kind of jealous of her yet worships the ground she walks on
Neil and Andrew spend time together, but Kevin is always nearby and watching Exy
Was it casual when Grant was Remus's first kiss? Was it casual when the voice in Remus's head sounded a little too much like Grant's? Was it casual when Remus was the first person who ever went looking for Grant? Was it casual when they wrote each other letters all the time? Was it casual when they spent twelve years together and built a home with each other? Was it casual when Grant felt Remus's death before he even knew? Was it casual when Grant recognized Remus's son? Was it casual, really?
you didnât hear it from me but this is the polaroid neil keeps in his wallet and looks at every day
incredibly bizarre and confusing seeing ppl call themselves "chuds" all the sudden b/c like
thats what we call neo nazis and shitty conservative bros? or at least its what we used to call them? why are ppl calling themselves "chuds" affectionately now
what is happening
yall know chud means fascist right like please tell me yall know that
im hoping this is a case of "younger folks on the internet adopting Silly Word b/c its Silly and not realizing it actually means something"
so here's me educating! you're calling yourselves fascists! thats what you're doing! maybe don't do that and use your head before you start using every goofy word you see!
let me be agonizingly clear
when you call yourself and your friends "chuds"
YOU
ARE
CALLING
YOURSELF
A
NAZI
thank god james had an ego the size of a lake because otherwise he wouldn't deal with regulus' attitude
we talk a lot about how much of a revelation andrewâs confession is for neil, and not enough about how revelatory neilâs reaction is for andrew. because like. imagine you like this boy. but he doesnât swing. you know the answer would be âno,â so thereâs no point in even asking. then he goes and gets himself needlessly tortured for you, and tells you thereâs no amount of suffering he wouldnât endure for you. not because he thinks youâre weak, but because he thinks youâre worth protecting. he says things that you would interpret as advances if it were literally anyone else. you remind yourself that he doesnât swing. now youâre at edenâs and heâs asking about your feelings for him in 12 different ways. he really wants to know. so you tell him, in the most casual and crass way you can, thinking thatâll put an end to it. but unfathomably, it doesnât. he asks you why you didnât tell him. why would you have? it would have been a âno.â you say that, and instead of confirming it, he just echoes your words, clearly still reeling. you start to leave, and he tells you that he wants to keep playing your game. while the absence of a ânoâ is obviously not the same thing as a âyes,â youâve been operating for months and months under the assumption that the answer would be unequivocal. so you keep waiting for that answer, but it never comes. for the first time since you met him, you wonder if maybe itâs not a ânoâ after all. if maybe you could have this. you canât remember the last time you were able to have something you wanted. the world tilting on its axis, indeed.
maybe it's the house that always rains because YOU WONT SHUT THE WINDOW????
ngl itâs so crazy to me that some people think andrew choking kevin was out of character for him. thereâs plenty of evidence to suggest otherwise, but the scene where he goes after allison in particular shows that when andrewâs promises conflict with one another, (ex. aaron vs neil), he prioritizes the one that he deems most pressing in that moment. whatâs more, if someone stands in the way of andrewâs efforts to protect someone, he will always, ALWAYS, escalate. itâs a knee-jerk reaction. itâs tunnel-vision. choking kevin was not a premeditated decision to hurt someone he cares about, it was a goal-oriented response to the fact that neil was in danger. iâm not saying that characters cannot be poorly written, but as @andrewminyard-josten has articulated before, itâs really crazy to refer to the CANON CHARACTER as ooc because he doesnât match your perception of him.
The foxes favourite games:
- did Andrew and Neil leave early because of trauma or because theyâre horny
- is the heavy breathing behind the closed door people making out or is someone having a panic attack
- can we get Neil to admit to literally anything
- is this fox asking me to have a sleepover because trauma or because friendship
something in Andrewâs chest tightens every time Neil sets two plates on the table: one with the food already cut up for Andrew, and one untouched for himself. maybe itâs a miniature heart attack. or maybe itâs just Andrew realizing, once again, that his ânothingâ knows every one of his habits so well it almost hurts.
"How did Nicky get the Columbia house?" "How did Nicky afford the Columbia house?" Trick question, he didn't! That boy is in severe debt!
