Well, no one said it was Harry who was sick. But the media (and many fans) assumed it was him. Then someone started a rumor he was in the hospital.

But the problem is, he’s been videotaped walking/exercising somewhere today, so everyone is going to assume that he just decided to cancel the show because of poor ticket sales.

Meanwhile, I’d bet it was poor ticket sales. But I’d bet even more that it wasn’t Harry’s choice to cancel.

The fact that neither he nor HSHQ have directly posted is a really bad look. The only other time I recall him cancelling was when he got sick in LA. But he wrote a heartfelt message, apologized, and rescheduled.

Add in Louis’ outro song last night and everything about this cancellation is shady.

Anon, you can call out xenophobia while also recognizing when fans have crossed boundaries. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.

The criticism has never been about all latam fans—it’s about the people who take things too far.

I don’t care where you live or what you look like, but there’s a difference between being an enthusiastic fan and stalking, live-posting his location, crowding him wherever he goes and acting like you’re entitled to his time or attention.

Of course it’s exciting to spot him out in public. But if he’s given space and treated like a human being instead of a circus animal, chances are the interaction will be much nicer for everyone involved.

Do you find it glaringly obvious that the walk into the stadium was arranged by Chris? Of all the other celebrities who have been to World Cup games, Louis is the only one I’ve seen being filmed going into the games. Players are filmed going into the stadium, but even celebs like David Beckham aren’t recorded entering, they’re shown at their seats. And just like so many Harry sightings we get, the guy had his camera already filming before you could make out that it was Louis. When you add all that to Zara’s shit eating grin, it’s clear that it was an arranged situation for attention.

I think it was, more than anything, promo. I mean, Louis and Oli obviously wanted to go to the game. But the articles that came out were all about Zara and her podcast. So, I'd guess the pap walk was for that purpose, too. Definitely not organic in the least.
