maeve medeina was born in withermore and appears as a 36 year old werewolf though she is closer to 316. her siren father (a disgraced royal from crirtha) and wolf mother (a werewolf from withermore) had four daughters, of which, maeve is the youngest. she is the only wolf out the daughters.

Despite being born the only daughter with a fluffy tail instead of a scaly one, Maeve never felt like the odd one out. Despite her lack of scales, the likes of which scatter across her sisters and fathers delicaye features, like fine, aquatic jewels, the little blonde wolf did not stick out. She has her fathers head of flowing golden hair, and her mothers tall and lean figure.
Maeve's father of course introduced Maeve to the ocean, teaching her to to swim in both forms. He also taught her to sing, how to enchant and entice. Maeve has no siren song, but she has always had fun trying. From her father, Maeve learned the art of seduction, an art form he taught her could be found in more than just romance and sensuality, but also in battle. She grew up watching her father swim and fight like he was dancing, every move precise and silk like, flowing from deadly sea killer to charming courtier in a matter of moments.
While their father taught the daughters about beauty and charm, Maeve's mother coached them on survival. During the ten year war, Maeve's mother fought alongside her pack and lost all but a handful. Making the reality of her beloved daughters joining her in battle all the more frightening. Unlike her siren counterpart, Maeve's mother had little time for beauty, focusing her energy on preparing her children for a life at war. She taught her daughters how to fight, how to hunt to kill, how to survive the harsh winters on land, how to skin an animal for fur and food and even who to barter with for food and resources.
Since the end of the war almost 200 years ago, the family made a point of maintaining a friendly but distanced relationship with the people of Destarin, the lawless town. Maeve's family, lead by her mother, did not forget the violence and the death from the war. Maeve's mother had created her own pack, a multi tailed pack that she preferred to keep closed off from the world.
Maeve came of age during the ten years of war and, like her sisters before her, she too became a soldier of war. Suddenly thrust amongst other creatures, the sisters were forced to acclimate, their world becoming much bigger and some would say better. Much to their mothers dismay. As the years have gone by, Maeve and her sisters have become intrenched in the lawless town of Destarin to varying degrees, Maeve being particularly social. However, the family bond is constant, the pull to be close to one another remaining strong.

species: werewolf with siren heritage. weaknesses: silver, sirens song holds a particularly strong hold over the wolf, perhaps due to her siren parentage, and as such maeve wears a gold choker with an enchanted pearl drop to keep her from the watery depth that call to her, not shifting regularly results in a weakened immune system. strengths: increased strength and speed, heightened senses, fortified immune and digestive systems, mesmerising spoken voice (not siren song) that influences the moods of those around her, including animals, the gift is not fool proof and the effectiveness depends on maeve's general health and strength, a highly infectious bite enabling mae to pass on the lycan curse to varying degrees, possibly culiminating in total failure to change (ie: death), it is unclear whether her inability the successfully create other wolves is due to the dilution in her wolf genealogy, mae is unaware of this fact, as she has never intended to change someone. physical description: mae has long thick golden hair, stands at 5ft6. in human form she is lean and wiry, something she maintains in her wolf form. her wolf form is blonde, but she maintains her hazel eye colour. maeve's wolf is large, standing at almost 6ft on all fours, making her an intimdating canine figure. additional notes: despite presenting as a wolf, mae has royal royal siren blood in her and as such is drawn to the water like her sisters and father, but it's seductive nature is more sinister for the wolf. a siren's absent minded song has twice seduced maeve to the depths of the ocean when she was young, and so she does not enter natural bodies of water without her siren family or another trusted friend with the ability to somehow restrain mave. it should be noted that maeve's fathers family do not claim her, her sisters, or her father. the family is not well liked, serving at best as hushed party gossip for the crirtha court.
