Big changes for the veggie garden this summer! When we first moved in I immediately put three raised beds in the backyard. Not good planning. One of the beds was always way too shady and unproductive. So now it’s gone! And in its place is a vaguely grave-like patch of grass (and kid toys of course).

But I’ve also gotten a bunch of fabric planter bags to make up for the lost garden space and the tomatoes and potatoes are already happily thriving!
