All of the bat siblings can take care of themselves, but Jason Todd is definitely the sibling that the others call when they need to feel safe:

Dick calls Jason when he’s overwhelmed. When he feels the weight of the world on him and he just needs to vent. When Jason’s in town he’ll come over and sit with him, but if he’s not, he’ll stay on the phone until Dick is ready to hang up.

Jason made Tim promise to call him whenever he needs a ride. Especially if he’s ever too tired to get behind the wheel. Regardless of the situation, Jason will always be there to pick him up.

Steph and Cass can handle themselves. Hell, Cass has beaten Jason on the matt 9/10 times. But Jason REFUSES to let them walk anywhere alone at night. Especially in Gotham. If the girls want to go on a late night ice cream run, Jason is going with them.

Duke goes to Jason when he needs to get out of the manor for a bit. Sometimes the family can be overwhelming all at once so he enjoys gaming with Jason to get away for a while.

Damian only calls Jason if something is REALLY wrong. If he goes to Jason, then that means that he is going through something and he can’t go to Bruce or Dick for an answer. It’s rare, but Jason really cherishes those moments.

When Dick Grayson Gets Migraines…

-He wouldn’t tell anyone at first. He would go about business as usual and push his pain to the side the way he usually does.

-If he’s at the manor, Alfred’s the first person to notice somethings off. He would take a mental note of the way Dick’s eyebrows would furrow, and the way he would move slightly slower.

-Jason’s the second person to notice because of how uncharacteristically quiet Dick is. “You look like you’re about to pass out, Dick face. Go lay down. I don’t wanna have to carry your heavy ass to your room”

-Of course Dick would ignore him and try and do something productive. Tim is the third one to notice when he sees Dick laying with his head down on the keyboard. “Uh, Dick?” He would say trying to shake him awake, “you okay?”

“I’m fine Timmy, just tired,” he would answer. Dick admitting that alone means that he’s feeling much worse than he’s leading on.

-Bruce is the one who finally gets Dick to lay down. They were on patrol when Dick’s pain became too much for him to hide. “I’m sending you home in the bat-mobile. Alfred’s waiting for you in the cave.”

-When he finally does make it to bed Alfred leaves hot tea and painkillers on Dick’s table and has warm blanket ready for him

Bruce: Darling, Doll

Dick: Babe, baby

Jason: Sweetheart, doll

Tim: Love, babe

Steph: Babe, gorgeous, handsome

Cass: Love

Babs: Honey, hun, babe

Jason couldn't be more right about this and i'm so happy for him

he has so many people who love him and who are there for him

Ranking the Bat-Fam (but I’m not telling you what I’m ranking them for until the end)

Bruce: He used to do this as a kid, but very rarely does it now. Only does it the week Alfred goes on vacation.

Dick: He 100% did this daily up until he turned 25. Now he does it occasionally if he’s too tired to care.

Jason: He’s gotten better at not doing this but he does it enough to the point where Bruce or Alfred has to step in.

Tim: Tim used to do this until Bernard caught him doing it. Now he feels ashamed that he was this kind of person. (Good for Bernard)

Steph: Yes. She looks like she has it together but she does this at least once a week

Cass: She doesn’t do it often, but only did it after she started getting confortable with the family.

Duke: He’s a teenage boy of course he does this.

Damian: He’s never done this and silently shames everyone who does. (He’s thought about it though)

If you’re still here, this is how often the bat family does the “smell test” before picking up clothes to wear off of the floor.

The Bat-Fam and their eating habits:

Bruce: he was a picky eater as a kid, but has grown to have a more expensive and refined taste. He will eat almost anything, but he prefers Alfred’s cooking

Dick: He will also eat almost anything that’s in front of him, but he always goes to the same two restaurants in Blüdhaven like 4 night’s in a row. He too prefers Alfred’s cooking.

Babs: she’s one of those people who asks what’s for dinner ahead of time so that she can decide for herself whether or not she wants to eat with the family, or fend for herself. She’s a pretty good cook, so she only really cooks the food she likes.

Jason: He was never a picky eater, but he always ate A LOT. Especially after his death, he got bigger and taller and now he eats twice as much as the others at the table. He hates eating vegetables though, but he will only eat them if Alfred makes them.

Tim: Tim is notorious for skipping meals and forgetting to eat, and the family has to constantly remind him that coffee isn’t food. He rarely ever picks over his food, but he doesn’t have the biggest appetite.

Steph: She’s definitely a picky eater. She hates vegetables, but LOVES meat. She’s also notorious for going to the same few restaurants and ordering the same thing over and over.

Cass: She isn’t picky at all. Like Jason, she eats a lot, but she will eat anything.

Damian: He’s a vegetarian, and inherited Bruce’s expensive tastes, but he will only eat Alfred’s cooking. He picks over everything else.

Bruce: Black coffee (literally no creamer or sugar or anything)

Dick: Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappe

Jason: Iced Hazelnut Latte with an extra shot or 2 of espresso

Tim: Nitro Cold-Brew

Steph: Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (with lemonade)

Cass: Idk why but she gives me Chai vibes (hot or iced depends on the day)

Duke: Caramel macchiato 

Damian: Claims he only likes black coffee but secretly orders java chip frappe
