i feel like remus is actually an absurdly good kisser. like olympic level. sirius has no idea because remus never talks about this kind of thing, he’s just there being quiet and bookish and mysterious, like “oh i’ve never done much of anything,” so sirius just assumes he’s shy or inexperienced. fool

when they finally kiss for the first time it’s game over. sirius immediately ascends, and like, his brain just fully exits the chat. knees weak, head empty, just oh. remus’ hands are gentle but his mouth is devastating: he nips at sirius’ bottom lip, kisses it again to soothe, does this lazy thing with his tongue that makes sirius’ eyes roll back so hard he’s pretty sure he just saw god and he looks suspiciously like remus lupin

and then remus pulls back all pink and polite like “was that alright?” and sirius is just standing there holding onto the wall like. alright? sir i have a few things to say
