Do you think, that should've given more characters from the main cast time to shine? I really like your show and like all of the characters, but sometimes some of them feel left out. But maybe that's just me, who knows

Yeah I'd agree with that, it's just a lot bigger of an undertaking than I'm sure a lot of people realize when you're the only writer and juggling so many different departments at once. It would have required more episodes, time, and stamina. Something I wasn't exactly graced with, being only Glitch's second creator driven show. I would have needed more writers and co-directors, because writing and directing even just 9 episodes basically killed me.

It's also a miracle I was allowed to make episode 9 as long as it was, because one thing a producer never ever wants to hear is "I'd like to make this longer." There will always be an incentive to cut things down over fleshing things out. Thankfully if I do another one of these, a lot of the kinks will hopefully be worked out from the beginning. Hopefully.

the Rennala fight is extremely fucking funny because like. you break into a grieving woman's room and act out the "how many kindergarteners could you take in a fight" meme, and then the opening dialogue for phase 2 implies that what you're fighting is actually a projection of Renalla at her full power conjured up by her daughter Ranni. but then you kill "her" (the projection of Renalla) and her final words are "Little Ranni... weave thy night into being..."

except they're not actually her final words because you reload and she's sitting there just fine. so what actually happened was you killed Ranni's tulpa of her mom. which means Ranni made her own mom say the equivalent of "my daughter... my favorite child who has never done anything wrong ever... you were right about everything... you're going to win at politics... and your waist is snatched..."

Its never a surprise but whenever something like the age verification stuff happens its just another reminder that this website is overly populated by usamericans that cannot care about anything until it directly affects them. "Well so far its only in [country that isnt the US]" i dont know how to explain to you that those countries have people in it and they should be allowed to access things too and you should be fighting for their rights too and not just yours. And tbh applicable to europeans too i see the way so many of us dont talk about things until it touches the UK and suddenly we get scared because its "too close to home"
