STAR WARS: THE BAD BATCH S3x05 — The Return

Always and forever one of my favorite scenes from the show. I LOVE that out of all their issues, this is what they’re fighting about. Crosshair knows the one thing that will cut his brother straight to the core: playing on his fear of failure, especially when it comes to failing to protect a loved one and ESPECIALLY Omega. He could have gone with the low blow that Hunter didn’t keep Tech safe, but he knew this would hit even harder.

And it’s not just that Crosshair wants to hurt Hunter. He’s genuinely outraged that Omega was on Tantiss at all when he tried to hard and suffered so much to prevent that very thing. This is the first time we really see Crosshair be so openly protective of her. There’s so much going on on so many emotional levels. It’s just such good writing. There’s a reason this show became my favorite piece of Star Wars media to date.
