🌿 please read this before interacting with my blog 🌿
Hello! I’m max, I’m a teen trans man and this is my blog to talk about mental health.
I made this blog to not only document my mental health but to try and help you start your journey with getting better. Mental health is hard, especially with all the noise around it. Although I will talk about my mental health in this blog, it’s more meant as a way for me to helps others. I’ll be giving out tips and advice, stories and positive thoughts, suggestions and ideas, and much more.
It can be hard and embarrassing to talk about your struggles, which is why I have my asks with anonymous turned on. If you want to talk about what you’re going through without putting a name to your story, please do. It’s normal to be embarrassed about reaching out, but it’s a great first step. With these asks you can request advice, ask for a listening ear, suggest things you want to see me talk about, give advice of your own that you want to share, or just send a little silly pic to brighten people’s day.
My goal is to be honest, to not hide the ugly that comes with getting better. It seems easy to get better when people only talk about the good days. I hope you join me, you deserve to be here and you deserve to be happy. Thank you for joining me on my journey, and hopefully your journey too :]
